Only people that actually brought the paper and collected the codes in the true nature of the offer are morally entitled to the DVD. Everybody else that either got the codes off this site or another site can't really complain. I agree with you completely. It's hardly a big deal and some have overreacted. As for the T&C, I just wanted to note that those who entered the competition with codes from this site, and who didn't buy the paper itself ("no purchase necessary"), are just as entitled to enter as anyone else, whether they were successful or not, and just as morally entitled to the DVD if they were. If the T&C are to be dismissed so easily then there really is no point in having them at all.

Yay, got confirmation that my DVD's been posted. Looking forward to watching it, I got Tsotsi.

I can also second that Amelie's wonderful as is Crouching Tiger and Hotel Rwanda's a very good film too.

I have made a complaint to the ASA as the inderpendent shouldnt have advertised this on tv and radio and on the front of the paper if they could not deal with the demand they have a read ship of 300000 daily... I bought the papers and believe they were foolish anyone wanting to make a complaint here is the address http://www.asa.org.uk and i have contacted the inderpendent and they are very worried they have been seeking legal advise and refused to give me any more info.
