3. Germany (paper)
4. Russia (paper - tomorrows, but country guessed)

It does say you have to enter credit/debit card details though unfortunately, so if you don't like doing that give this one a miss.

Also it doesn't seem to accept Portugal in the first box.

Thanks for the link. It did work for me & it says that I will be e-mailed a voucher shortly also it didn't require any credit details x

I don't understand why you had to enter your credit/debit card details, there shouldn't be any need to!
