they all worked for me I put the site password in first then the rest of the passwords in order they were in the paper. Russia was the password that was in today's so it should work.

I did this at 8 this morning and I still haven't received an email yet so you may have a wait ahead of you.

i had the same problem with the codes not being valid. if you are copying and pasting the words over, be careful not to have spaces after the words as this make them invaid. Sounds silly but you need to delete spaces after you paste the passwords

I usually manually type the answers for these things as I've found that copy and paste sometimes isn't recognised...

I have just done this twice, once for husband and once for me, it says on one page 1 voucher per household and on the confirmation page it says one per person, so I am risking it. I will let ya know if it is one per person! Just waiting for emails now.

Not straightaway but if you looked at the terms and conditions it says when you get your voucher by email you will have to set up an account with Play.com with credit/debit card details.


No. 10 of the terms and conditions states:
In order to redeem your voucher you must either login or register with Play.com. The registration process involves entering your e-mail address, your credit or debit card details and your address.
