If you do go to court you'll have to sound a lot more sensible and reasonable than you do on here. Otherwise you risk getting eaten alive.0

Well again that is an opinion. I have done small claims before and I do not worry about my ability to handle myself. Second off that is you and your friend there judging me and neither of you know a whole lot about me or what has gone on with Vodafone. Third, and finally, I do not think that I have sounded so unsensible, as for reasonable... I am all about reasonable, I have not done nor said anything unreasonable, but that is your opinion and I respect and thank you for it.0 -
Loosetooth wrote: »But I again stress something to you.... I am not here to argue with (or be judged by) you. I am here to try and have a dialogue with Lee. It is nice that you are taking the time to reply to me, but really you do not have to, especially as we do not appear to be gaining anything from the conversation.
Once you go through the Ombudsman there are only two options either go through the court (which you have now gained requires a LBA to the registered office) or go back to the Ombudsman. It's not just about the money0 -
But that is not going to happen as Lee has already pointed out he is unable to help as you have already gone to the Ombudsman, had a ruling and declined it. Either way he is not able to discuss on an open forum you will have to respond via email

Cool... so thanks for your opinion and you are probably right. However, if you do not mind, I am going to try just as well... at worst it just becomes another example of me trying to contact Vodafone, in order to try to affect a reasonable settlement and at best the Vodafone Company Rep might surprise us. Now, as I keep stressing to you and your friend, I wish you well... not actually here to converse with you, so I wish you a great weekend.0 -
Actually, I'm not sure why you are here. You seem to only be interested in having a rant and ignoring advice.0

So....
1. I have taken some of your advice, although, to be honest, there has not been a wealth of such great advice, tit bits we will call them.
2. If you do not know why I am here it is because you are willfully not reading me, it is because I want to make meaningful contact with a Vodafone Customer Rep based in the UK, have a dialogue and find a resolution. This is the only place where you can make contact with a UK based customer service rep.
3. I am not ranting. Usually I am answering questions and trying to explain myself to you and your friend, and yes this is a highly affecting thing for me and I want to find a solution. You seem to think, between you and the other fella, that you are the cocks of the forum, know everything and judge me even though it is impossible for me to give you full explanations and then, just because I do not reply in one sentence you accuse me of ranting. You also seem to feel that if someone does not do as you wish then you should become borderline aggressive and troll them with posts such as the one I am replying to now.
I will not be replying to you again..... as I said to your other fellow, thanks for your opinions, thanks for the limited advice, have a great weekend, but (just to stress to you why I am here) I am trying to speak to someone else, not you, I am going to try to do that if you have a problem with that then complain to the mods.
Have a good weekend.0 -

You don't like the advice nor do you like it when facts are pointed out hence you become abusive calling people trolls because they point them out to youLoosetooth wrote: »I will not be replying to you again..... as I said to your other fellow, thanks for your opinions, thanks for the limited advice, have a great weekend, but (just to stress to you why I am here) I am trying to speak to someone else, not you, I am going to try to do that if you have a problem with that then complain to the mods.
If you read all the posts on here you won't find any situation where the rep discusses individual cases on an open forum. It's not just about the money0 -
There has been great advice, just not the sort you want to hear
You made contact with the rep and he explained he's unable to help due to you already having gone through the Ombudsman and had a ruling.
The rep is on a number of forum's including the official Vodafone one
You are being given advice which is what you requested in your opening post.
You don't like the advice nor do you like it when facts are pointed out hence you become abusive calling people trolls because they point them out to you
As has been explained you will not be able to discuss with the rep on here it has to be done through email as you did earlier.
If you read all the posts on here you won't find any situation where the rep discusses individual cases on an open forum.
Thanks. None of what you have said is pertinent, true or relevant (for instance there has been no ruling by the Ombudsman, could go on and list all the other factual incorrections but it is tedious, eh?).
As for not liking what you telling me... that is untrue as well. There has been a lot of judging, not much useful advice. I did take on board just sending the LBA anyway and the help you gave me to get the Vodafone link. Other than that it has been all about you telling me what you think is going on and your opinions about me. And you do not think that there is a mild sort of trolling going on in statements like this:
"Actually, I'm not sure why you are here. You seem to only be interested in having a rant and ignoring advice."
I mean I am clear why I am here, repeated it a few times. "Ranting" is merely repying to your exhaustive and intrusive questioning and putting up with your telling me all this stuff about me? Look, I am trying to be reasonable here. Thanks for your "help", it is not your forum. You and your pal just let me be please? Sorry if I have annoyed you both, I will let you get on.
"...you won't find any situation where the rep discusses individual cases on an open forum."
I am not trying to discuss anything in an open forum. Lee emailed me back but there is no other way to reply, he has not really given me the time of day and misinterpreted, seemingly, what I am asking of him. He is the last, well penultimate, resort and I want to try and have a reasonable discussion with him. I merely want the ability to discuss some things with him. He has not been back to this thread since he mailed me. I am waiting patiently in the hope that he will make contact and allow me to have that dialogue.
So, once again, thanks for your opinions, they have been noted. But you do not know what you are talking about, they are not relevant to me and my situation, so you are just going to have to let me get on with my thing. Again... have a good weekend.0 -
Thank you for your help Lee. Hopefully sorted very soon.0

What utter rubbish. The rep has stated he can't help you. If what you rant is true, why bother going into lots of details when he won't deal with it? If you DID want to communicate with HIM, send another email.
As for the rest - IF you ever do as you originally said and go to court you'll need a MUCH better presentation of any case than you've put on here.
So, one final piece of advice - DON'T go to court.0
