Had enough now and time for a lengthy letter of complaint detailing all my 'issues' but rather then send this to the generic customer address anyone got the details for the director?
I remember someone once posting details of a website that has all the addresses and e-mails of senior bods at companies but can't find it now.
TIA.
I do not want to discourage you in what you are doing... it may well work. But in my experience all "white mail", as they call it in Vodafone, is sent to India.0 -

But I thank you for the link.
You are correct it doesn't show up on the new style forum which is MSE's fault
If you click on the old style you will see what you are supposed toIt's not just about the money0 -

"Hi Gavin,
Thanks for your email.
As your complaint has already been investigated by the Ombudsman, I'm unable to help you any further.
As you're unhappy with the level of service received from the Ombudsman, I'd recommend contacting them again to discuss this further.
Kind regards,

Lee... I withdrew my complaint from the Ombudsman (I have even had a letter from Vodafone confirming that the case is closed, although the CS person who wrote laboured under the impression the judgement had gone against me, not the case at all) and it is not about their solution that I wish to talk to you about. There is no reason why I should contact them, nor is it them that I have to settle up with.
I want to talk to someone in customer services in the UK (the SA, Egypt and Indian customer services are all unsatisfactory in the extreme) in order to close the account and move on. I do not want to call 191 as that always ends the same way (if it went as well as it could it would be 20 mins to get through another 20 mins to be put through to another department to have someone bored tell me they cannot help and that a manager will call me back in 48hours... only for them to not call me back in 48hours), writing letters all go to India and result in a bored guy ringing me and offering me £5, or they are ignored, LiveChat is a bust and usually devolves into me being borderline abused and e-mails are ignored.... you are my last attempt and hope before I go to the Small Claims Court - something I want to avoid due to time and the fact that I quite want my number back (the one I PAC coded to Vodafone).
I am in little to no doubt that had I encountered you in the first place then this would not have progressed so far.
Please come and have a dialogue with me... if, after you have listened to me, you feel that you cannot help me then fine. At heart I am, at this moment, still a Vodafone customer who is seeking to access good customer services - something that I have found hard to do throughout my contract - it would be far kinder of you to give me the time of day in the hope that, finally, some common sense can prevail and a settlement is found.
I feel hard done by by Vodafone... as I have said somewhere else... if I had gotten good service or had good customer service there would have no trouble. You work at Vodafone and know how bad it can be... it feels harsh that Vodafone treat me poorly and, because I sought to alleviate that poor treatment (initially by trying to access CS in Vodafone and then trying to navigate the Ombudsman system - never again) I should be further punished.
As I said... I am still a Vodafone customer and I want to encounter someone who will hear me out and not decide what it is that I am asking about or that I am beyond help. That is the attitude I have been fighting from the beginning. Is that such a unreasonable request?

Complete waste of time emailing, I'm obviously supposed to be clairvoyant.0
