Lee, if you are looking in - is there no flexibility at all in your contracts? I've been a customer of vodafones (and have three current contracts, one now "expired" and another due for change in 4 months with you) for more years than I care to remember and have been generally pleased with the service - until it comes to upgrade time. Every time the web relations team have needed to get involved! I've been given a PAC code, but if you think you can do something it would be good to talk.0

Hi Lee,
I have seen your posts, and followed the steps to submit an email to your company.
I received a confirmation page on the website, but have not received an email confirming receipt of my web form.
Are there issues with the web form, and do you think I will need to re-submit the form?
Thanks,
Mike0 -
Can someone from Vodafone please help?
Vodafone Sales eventually agreed to issue me a PAC code. The day after receiving my PAC code i had a call from vodafone and they offered me a very good deal that i wanted to take. As i was at work, i requested a call back which i accidentally missed. I spent all day yesterday trying to get though to someone about the deal i was offered on the phone and i just kept getting passed around to various sales people and no one would listen to me. It was awful! like they were playing some sick joke and it wasted the 1 day i get off from work each week.
Can someone please tell me how I can get back into contact with the person that offered me the deal?

If you ever DO get hold of them, be VERY wary about anything offered over the phone. It seems very common for people to end up getting something rather different afterwards. Surely your experience before you've committed should be a CLEAR warning of what it will be like AFTER you're a done deal???0 -
Credit where credit is due.
Lee has managed to do what 191, the Vodafone e-forum and the Vodafone Live Chat team couldn't be bothered to do.
True to his word, he has supplied the requested PAC number.
Thank you Lee, I just wish more of your colleagues were like you.
You're more than welcome d123.
Glad I was able to help.
frothey,
To enable me to see what we could do for you could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure I've got it could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Mike,

ac24,
If you'd like any help from me could you also email me as per the contact details provided above?
Kind regards,
Lee

Hi Lee,
Thank you for contacting me, and discussing my dissatisfaction and complaint.
Now resolved :-)

Well I don't know about anyone else but I feel totally led up the path by vodaphone.I was stupid enough to sign a 24month contract that included an HTC 1X.. I was told "Don't worry the phone has a 2 year warranty and that's as long as your contract lasts so you wont be without a phone"
As it turns out this was an outright lie,and not the only outright lie to come from vodaphone..so for the uninitiated who might fall for this here's what they ACTUALLY mean.
If your phone go's wrong we will send it away and you will be phoneless,we will of course carry on charging you for the use of our network even though we have your phone..but wait theres more.If we cant fix your phone we will replace it with another one that's second hand..thats right secondhand, and if that gos wrong we will send it away (please read the above)...theres no release so if your phone gos wrong say 5 times..the cycle continues. Oh yes,and if you refuse the initial repair and demand a new replacement you will be told that's not possible either.Of course you can ring our customer service where you will get no resolution at all and where nothing will be recorded, that way we can wriggle out of our responsibilities and leave you high and dry...don't you dare cancel your contract by the way or we will send the recovery people round...
So,before you sign on the dotted line in that lovely showroom full of young keen eager salespeople just take a step back and think about those flowery words and promises and read about my experience.
Because it could be you in a few months time.0 -
Hi, I've inherited an IPhone 5 from my sister, she bought it from the Car phone warehouse over a year ago paid full price for it put a PAYG Vodafone sim which means its now locked with them.
Well even though I have proof of purchase both my sis and I have requested the phone to be unlocked they are just not doing it!! It's so frustrating? What can I do? When I call customer services they say I have to deal with the unlock request by email which we have both done but we are being ignored, I am going round and round in circles.....0
