Hi Donkey2883,
I am sorry to hear that you have been given some misinformation during your contract.
So that I can help to clear things up, could you drop me an email to the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject. I will then get in touch to help you further.
Many thanks,

I have been having problems with Voafone since I took out a 12 month contract 6 weeks ago. Not as long as some of you I realise but long enough to be down right annoying now. I really wish I had seen this website before because if I had I wouldn't have bothered. I purchased a SIM only deal directly through their website but have been placed on the wrong plan. I wont go into details suffice it to say I have had nothing but problems with their customer service, I just get the sense that everything is too much effort and as long as they can get you to go away for 24 hours it becomes someone else's issue. Emailed the CEO no response. Now my husband (a Vodafone business and personal customer for 20 years has requested a micro SIM for his new phone and it doesn't work. They have cancelled the old one so he is completely without a phone - customer service's response - go away and come back in 24 hours if it doesn't work. Is that standard dialogue on their SOP or are they just lazy? Well as they are now in breach of contract with both of us a good friend (lawyer and contracts expert) is going to advise us to how we can dissolve the contracts. Mine seems relatively simple under distance selling regulations. The better halfs not so easy but not impossible. Not really asking for advice just wanted to share another bad experience in the hope that Heidi stops appologising and sorting things out for those of us that are vocal and does something to sort out the customer experience for all Vodafone customers (for every customer that complains there are 6 that will just walk away).0

Looks like I am another member of the complaints club.
I renewed my contract earlier this year on different terms with a 50% discount. This would have made my bill £8.54 plus vat.
Since then I have not had many bills that actually reflect my correct tariff.
I communicated with Vodafone using their e mail system and have had confirmation they owe me £30 odd as a credit but this has never been reflected in my bills.
I have queried this several times including a complaint letter but they have still not adjusted the amount.
Is the next step the ombudsman?
Any advice appreciated.0 -

I am fed up of Vodaphone.
I had a sales girl ring me up asking me to ring a number on my faulty HTC Desire for a new deal, she decieved me and said it was ok as I had stopped my Direct Debit to Vodaphone.
Vodaphone have now billed me £80+ for a service I have not used on a useless phone, I now use my iphone as my main phone with the idea of having a line B phone for unwanted calls for access.
They DO NOT HAVE an easy way to stop Contracts. I have exceeded my contract of two years with them and am being treated like !!!!.
I think this is an OFCOM issue and complainents and MSE should campaign to have easy out options out of contracts like stopping payments.
I am going to pay them but like many here I WILL NEVER USE VODAPHONE AGAIN.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
Reading whatever books I want to the rescue!:money::beer[/B

If anyone is having problems with Vodafone please use this email of the CEO and a member of the Directors Office will sort out your problems for you.
My husband uses this regularly as we ALWAYS have problems with our account!
