  • AAAAAGGGGRRRRR vodafone!!!!!!!
    After a horrid few weeks with vodafone asking me to stay with them, tempting me with offers that do not exist, numerous calls that has cost me dearly in time and being called a liar by staff, supervisors not returning my calls even though im calling them on a daily basis, advice from lee on here was to email vodafone with all my details and a link to this site......twice, i have pm'ed lee now asking his advice on what to do next as still no one has contaced me, and nor has lee.

  • To be honest after being overcharged 6 months out of 6, being missold an 18 month extention instead of what i thought was a new fresh 18 month contract, and trying to make me have a usb dongle that i didnt want in the first place ,and then charging for it!, together with tthe zero signal at my home.... I just want rid of vodafone, i want out of my contract, they are absolutly awfull. They can have the dammn phone back if they like, i couldnt care less, ive had to buy an o2 pay as you go phone so that im contacable at home, its a joke!.

  • well ive sent an email, see how long it takes. Im going to write to the directors and also send a copy to oftel and my local citzens advice. Vodafone cant be allowed to get away with this.

  • Last Vodadrone I spoke to told me that the normal 5 day response had now been usefully extended to 10. Basically - dont hold your breath here.

    Tried calling them earlier - EVERY line, including the option for "if you are thinking of leaving us" went to a dead tone. In recent memory its happened about 20 times, even handed my phone to someone in the store to demonstrate after he claimed it would not.

    A rallying call for everybody here experiencing issues - DO NOT GIVE UP - if you do you are giving in to them and NOTHING is going to change.

    Do not ask, DEMAND a decent service.

    Same here, yet if i ring a sales number i get straight through!.

    Its a dsicgrace, it really is, has anyone managed to get out of there contract with them, i dont mind giving the phone back , i just cant take this kind of service any longer. The phone is usless when im at home, which is more than 50 percent of the time!.

  • Oh and I forgot mention this - the last vodadrone I spoke to claimed that the phone was "a gift" that went with the contract and that they themselves were not really liable for any issues with it. Strange that they charge me over a fiver a month in insurance for this "gift" - insurance that has basically not been applicable to any problem I have had!
