  • i am posting this here, so hopefully vodafone will help !

    I am a brand new customer and signed up for a 12 month contract for a galaxy NEXUS , at £41 per month and £139 for the phone..

    my order ref My order refrence is : - 160789360

    My original order got declined and i rang through and they said there was some problems with the card but however they tried again and it went through, i have spoken to my bank who have confirmed vodafone have taken the £139, I just spoke to someone on live chat who advised me that they sent out the galaxy S II ?? i didnt even ask for this !

    This does not look good, i am a new customer, i dont even have my phone yet and im already having problems ! And i spoke to live help and they said i have to contact there returns dept whilst im at work to try and fix a problem that was caused by themselves?! why cant vodafone help their customers by getting it sorted out for you?

    I have taken a look at the email chain from your reference and it appears that it went through to our Customer Service team instead of us in Web Relations.

    I have managed to transfer it into our queue so will get in touch today to discuss this further.

    Hi Heidi

    Actually, you maybe able to help me again. I've just received a text to say my handset will be delivered between 3 & 4 today.

    This is the only hour of the day when there may not be anyone at home?.... Im wondering if you can contact the courier and ask for delivery ASAP, before 2:15pm at latest, or after 3:30pm, as I dont really want a trip to the local collection office?

    EDIT: contacted them myself, shes pushed it back a little but now I may have to go out all PM. :-(
