i am posting this here, so hopefully vodafone will help !
I am a brand new customer and signed up for a 12 month contract for a galaxy NEXUS , at £41 per month and £139 for the phone..
my order ref My order refrence is : - 160789360
My original order got declined and i rang through and they said there was some problems with the card but however they tried again and it went through, i have spoken to my bank who have confirmed vodafone have taken the £139, I just spoke to someone on live chat who advised me that they sent out the galaxy S II ?? i didnt even ask for this !
This does not look good, i am a new customer, i dont even have my phone yet and im already having problems ! And i spoke to live help and they said i have to contact there returns dept whilst im at work to try and fix a problem that was caused by themselves?! why cant vodafone help their customers by getting it sorted out for you?0 -

I have taken a look at the email chain from your reference and it appears that it went through to our Customer Service team instead of us in Web Relations.
I have managed to transfer it into our queue so will get in touch today to discuss this further.

Actually, you maybe able to help me again. I've just received a text to say my handset will be delivered between 3 & 4 today.
This is the only hour of the day when there may not be anyone at home?.... Im wondering if you can contact the courier and ask for delivery ASAP, before 2:15pm at latest, or after 3:30pm, as I dont really want a trip to the local collection office?
EDIT: contacted them myself, shes pushed it back a little but now I may have to go out all PM. :-(0
