  • Just to update - I spoke to Lee at Vodafone and he sorted my bill out and as a goodwill gesture took away the excess charges and gave me clear information about my plan which was not given to me before. Very helpful indeed and much better than the phone lines. Thanks alot!

    Right then people. Im getting extremely !!!!ed off with Vodafone and Im appealing to the website owner to get in touch with me, as even vodafone dont even bother to reply any more. You can read all my previous posts and then you'll understand why im so dramatically p*ssed off. Heidi from vodafone web relations team is supposed to call me but all i hear from vodafone is denial and deafening silence. So IF Martin Lewis or ANYONE from web relations team are reading this a phone call to me on 07851563928 would be appreciated. I have deliberately included my number and i want it to be visible to the Web relations team or Martin Lewis (site owner). I see me loosing my cool and getting a small camera and a bloody big banner and going to Vodafones HQ which is not far from me and creating some interest and then posting it somewhere Vodafone definitely wont like

    Im sorry mark, but how the hell is anyone from MSE going to help you. Your beef is with Vodafone?

    Have you even tried dailling 191 from your handset?

    Well, the reply I got from my email I fired off to Heidi was as much use as a chocolate fireguard - giving me information I'd already knew, and not really answering my questions as to how they can change T&C at such short notice.

    Needless to say, I gave notice to end contract approx 70 days from now, so guess its all about waiting for the "please come back to us" phonecall from VF rententions/cancellations :o

    I'm in the same boat as you and am seriously disappointed, I think they're in breach of contract, and will take the case to the ombudsman if they don't provide a suitable solution.

    Email basically repeated what I was told in Live chat - which wasnt really that helpful either! Then 7 minutes after ending live chat, I get another email saying "You Bill is Ready"

    Mite as well say "your bill is ready but you still can't upgrade when you were told you could"
  • Dont hold your breath expecting a call offering you some incentive to stay. Ive just cancelled 2 lines with voda and switched. Not a single call to offer anything or even ask why Im leaving.
