Hi coops456,
I am sorry to hear that. It must be very frustrating not to be able to view your bills.
So that I can personally help to resolve this, can you email me via the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject and include a link to your post.
Hi DMHReaper72,
It was a pleasure speaking to you and I will be back in touch soon.
Many thanks,

I have 2 phones on my account with vodafone and opted to get a new Iphone 4S added to the account also. The phone arrived, but financial circumstances suddenly took a downward turn and I couldnt justify having an additional phone so, within the allocated cancellation period I contacted Vodafone and asked to cancel and return. A return was arranged with a courier, who called and collected the phone, leaving a receipt. My latest bill came through and the new phone was on the bill, wanting 1 and a half months contract money on the new phone. I contacted Vodafone who tol dme their computer system was being upgraded and they would have to call me back, which they never did. I contacted them again today, and what a mess! Turns out the call service is in Egypt, and they only have limited information at hand. No, they cant put you through to someone who has that information, and no, they cant speak to anyone who has that information, but theyc an arrange a call back for you within 2 hours, which never happens. Many hours later, after being told that they have no record me of speaking to anybody in the returns department, have no record of a return being made and the parcel has not been returned, I am very very stressed. Several calls later (me to them as they dont call back) nobody has the parcel, they have spoken to several parcel companies and they all claim not to have the parcel. How did we return it? Who did we use? We dont know, you arranged it, you sent the courier. We dont know who we used, we have no record. Stress levels building. Blood pressure building. Somebody must know what is going on. Finally, success - take your receipt to your nearest Vodafone store and show it, and then we can remove the phone from your account!!!! If its as easy as that, why did I have to go through all that??????????? I want out of vodafone but my phone doesnt finish until next August, and my partners the following February, but I shall be writing a letter of complaint and shall not be staying with Vodafone once my contract finishes.

I wouldn't count your chickens; they prefer to waste increasing gigabytes of your time whilst taking a small molehill (cause by them) and making into the Rockies (with them comfortably on the other side).
Wait until the store DOES sort it out. Vodafone ain't that easy!0 -
We had 2 years with Vodafone trouble free so we recently accepted an offer by Vodafone retentions for a new 12 month contract’s on an upgrade sim only deal, the deal was good so we accepted the offer, so far so good, then the bills arrived and it went downhill, I feel like I’ve been on the phone for days trying to sort it out.
What I do not understand is why every time I spoke to the various customer reps they were able to see all the discounts and free bolt on’s and eventually adjusted the final figure accordingly, but were unable to adjust the main bill and reissue it.
If they can see the information why on earth can’t their accounts department see or understand the same information when they are working out peoples bills is beyond explanation.
All I want is our bills to reflect the amount they are taking and not figures that are incorrect, wouldn’t think it was that difficult would you? Cannot see us renewing with Voda again!!!sanfly0 -

Im saddened to report that, having agreed with Heidi that I would not be charged anything until I received the correct handset, I was charged £48+ on 22 Dec.
I DO NOT have the handset and yet I have a friend that has the very handset I am still waiting for.
This is now bordering on the ridiculous.

I am quite annoyed with vodafone right now. I am looking at getting the samsung galaxy s2 on pay monthly however the upgrade options for me cost too high for the free phone and I do not fancy paying for it either as I am a student. I have found the phone I want with another provider at a cheaper price with more texts and minutes. I spoke to one advisor and told her about this other provider so she said she could give me 20% discount on a pay monthly deal (with a new number) which I agreed to however my internet crashed. I went back on and spoke to someone else who was extremely rude towards me and pushing me to get the £41 a month contract with the free phone, despite me telling him I cannot afford it. I also asked him why as an existing customer is the contract higher to get a free phone (at £41 a month) whereas new customers can get a free phone for £36 a month, which he refused to comment on. It doesn't make any sense!
After a while I stated to give up and said that i may cancel my contract early, leave vodafone and go somewhere else and the advisor was not bothered at all. Not happy with the customer service at all!!March Wins: The Twilight Saga the story so far DVD0
