If it was me, as soon as I'd got the 'black mark' removed, I'd be asking for something in the form of a goodwill gesture for the trouble and stress - iykwimMortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

I can see that some of you are experiencing some issues here. It's really disappointing to read your posts and I would like to help get them resolved.
So that I can investigate your individual situations, can you email your details to me via the email address shown here. When sending the email can you put the subject as WRT135 FAO Heidi so that it comes to me personally.
Many thanks,

Are your responses scripted ? This is pretty much the same thing that all the 'Web Relations Team' write on here, Facebook, Etc Etc.
Personally, I'd avoid Vodafone, Since defaulting on a contract due to me not paying a £300 bill for one month of usage i didn't use (which i had proof of) and Vodafone not allowing me to arrange a payment plan (Obviously because everyone has £300 burning a hole in there pockets), Yet since defaulting on that contract, i have 2 other phone contracts that i pay off in full each and every month, Who haven't charged me stupid amounts at all.' You only live once ! Don't live to regret the past, But to enjoy the future '

Hey,
If anyone can help me or shed some light onto my problem I would be most grateful.
I own a Sony Ericcsson x10. I've had it since June 2010. Since then it has broken 3 times. The first two times the phone was replaced on my doorstop for a refurbished model. (Each time it broke due to just simply crashing and not turning on) The third time, (it would not take the charge) I was informed that the model was out of stock for another 3 weeks. I opted for a postal repair service instead. I was informed that I would receive a kit to put my phone in to post it off. I didn't get this for several days. I called up Vodafone customer services and was informed it had not been sent out yet. When I finally did receive it some 3 days later, I sent the phone, charger and battery off to be repaired on 14/5/2011. I get it back today, 25/05/11. Not the 7 days I was promised.
I read the letter which states "fault has been caused by physical damage to the phone...this type of damage falls outside of manafacturers warranty... cannot carry out a repair" More about physical damage.. "isn't always obvious or visible to naked eye.. can be caused by something as simple as carrying your phone in your back trouser pocket and sitting down" ..We have included a photo to give you an idea of where the damage has occurred"
I believe that if a photo is to be included with this letter, I should be able to see where the problem has occured, and perhaps actually know what the physical damage is.. I can't see anything, and it's a terrible printout.
Apparently I can contact vodafone to choose a cost effective handset... or contact customer services.
Which I did.
I was told by both Jenny and Susan that Sony Ericsson carried out the inspection themselves, ( I also called them and they said they had not received anything under my IMEI number) and I cannot be issued with a replacement phone.
I don't have insurance with vodafone. I was advised to use other insurance.
I now have to pay £35 a month (as I can't lower my tariff to a sim only contract apparently, which I have done before) for a chunk of plastic which doesn't work.
I have no working mobile phone for my photography business and under the Supply of goods and services act 1982 I should have a phone that is of satisfactory quality.
I am absolutely livid that Vodafone don't seem to want to help me, and that this phone has broken 3 times IN ONE YEAR!
I will be lodging a complaint to head office, and quoting Susan as she agreed with me that Vodafone are in breach of their contract and she also said, and I quote "because you physically damaged your phone, we cannot issue a replacement"
I am extremely upset and feel that I am being treated unfairly.
best,
Gina0 -

Hello Christopher,
Thank you for writing to Vodafone Customer Services regarding the contract.
I reviewed the account and can confirm that your current price plan is YPL 24IPN 1200m Utx WF VMI VP with line rental £38.30. I would like to inform you that as per policy we cannot downgrade any plan till the end of the commitment period.
I hope this information is useful. Please feel free to get back to us in case of more queries.
