I think you should wear something that you feel your absolute best in, something that you know looks good on you & will help boost your confidence.

Best of luck with it & do please remember Lula's Mantra :

    "F*** Off, I'm FABULOUS" .

Keep saying this to yourself before you go in :A

    xx

    Evening all -

Just quickly checking in.. so nothing to actually declare clothes wise today. I returned £30.00 worth of stuff to Newlook as didnt fit proeprly, in place brought a lovely kath Kitson work bag i've fancied for a while, and I returned a item with lost receipt, the other £3 went onto paying rest of amount, so technically in credit by £2 ...

    So £47 spent.

I have some other spending moans to do - but i dont think you girls really want to hear me banging on lol :)

in the spirit of frredom monday and to make up for last weeks monday actually being on thursday!I shopped in the wardrobe and picked a tan suade fabric skirt ,purple long sleeved t shirt, purple cashmere cardi and brown boots tied together with a scarf with all the colours in.never worn those colours togeter before, was fed up tho as had thrown out identical skirt I had in lilac as think it would have looked better:( oh well never mind.out for a valentine meal tonight and wearing red/pink/black print skirt over black leggings with black vest and ss pink cardi (my effort to look trendy:):rotfl:)
  • Went out for meal last night and in the spirit of Freedom Monday wore dress, cardi and shoes bought last year for a wedding, and never worn at all as wedding was cancelled.

Well done for all the Freedom outfits

Still thinking about what I could wear for a Freedom Monday - I have a Betty Jackson dress from fleabay I've worn once or twice only that I might try on and see if I can casualise it a bit more for work

  • I have a spend of £7 to report today, it broke down into the following...

£2 for a 3 pack of socks with sheep on them (all my socks seem to be falling apart at the moment, there comes a point where I have to admit that it's time for them to go :( )

£5 on a pair of dacshund pyjamas (I needed these, well not specifically dacshund pyjamas but another pair of winter pyjamas to replace the ones I had to throw away due to having a massive hole in the bum!)

I always feel guilty throwing away clothes, I'm not creative enough to know what else to do with them / if they can be mended but I want that to change.
(MINE r GOING IN THE BUMULAR AREA TOO! - but not ready to let them go yet....) Cut the legs off - fill em with a mixture of old clothes (cut up) and old pillow filling. sew up the legs - and make them into door draught excluders!!! - Two of them!!!!!! :D
Wish to be out of O/draft by end of 2011 - [STRIKE]£-696.20 Jan'11 [/STRIKE][STRIKE]£633.88 Feb'11[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£-680.21[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Mar'11 £-813.13(its going the wrong way!)[/STRIKE]apr'11 £-660 (given up on this bit.. too depressing!):(

Not been on for a while ladies, so belated happy birthday to Debbiedeejay.

Can't remember what I wore last week but I think I managed to wear a few things I haven't worn for a while.

Today I'm wearing a grey skirt with a white shirt and a pink tank top, with black tights and shoes, and a necklace which matches nicely. The skirt is a size 12 one from Warehouse which has always been a bit 'snug' - it fit, yeah! The zip went up no probs and felt great, so either I've lost a wee bit of weight or OH has been at the zip with his WD40 :rotfl::rotfl:
