  • Wow that is a huge amount to enter :T, no wonder you win so many. I struggle to do 10 a day at the minute :o - would like to win more but don't know if I could manage entering so many with current lifestyle.

I'm in awe too - though I did just win a R1mmel day to night mascara today :D Am feeling virtuous today as about to do some anti-shopping and have a whole ton of items to return to stores - must be strong and not come out with any more tough :A

It IS hard to find the time but it's well worth it. Hoping for a cash win soon...or some more vouchers....:D

PS still not bought any new clothes and yet have found more to eBay. :D
  • Hi all.

Lovely dress Rosa, I must admit I'm quite tempted myself.

Just sold a pair of gorgeous Carvela shoes on ebay. Quite disappointed I only got £15 for them, but then I did buy them in the sale. Oh well, it all goes into the clothes budget.

Trying to be really strict with myself this month. Have bought a dress in the Banana Republic sale. I hate it when there's only one left and it's reduced, it's like buy it now or regret it. Well, I bought it and now I regret it so it's going back. If I manage not to buy anything else for a couple of weeks, that will be nothing bought in August. Surely it's not possible!

  • Be careful what you wish for...I won £15 Arcadia voucher this morning on Facebook so it means I'll be able to get something small if I want...might be boring and use it for some staple plain vests as I have no black or grey.

could you save the voucher to put towards something else when you have a bit more money? although I have a gift card with a balance of £18 and am also conisdering some more vests - thing is, they did some a few years back which were perfect, but I'm not so keen on the latest ones - don't like ribbed vests and some of the others are so thin you can see right through them

Lula - while I'm on here I feel I must declare a purchase of one lovely satchel type bag from TK M*xx yesterday - £21.99 ....but purchased with a gift card so no actual money handed over :T and I returned a load of stuff totalling nearly £240  (most going back on cc) - although £120 of that was a pair of boots where I ordered two sizes, and have kept the other size....b'day prezzie from OH (and I have put them away until my actual b'day :A

    Evening everyone!

New spend to report (not doing v well at this challenge business) of £11 in T*sco on two long sleeved tees and one very pretty top in the sale (£3, no damage... win.)

So where am I? £36.90/£100 I believe... which leaves £63.10 to play with, including some probably inevitable new bits for crimbo (or at least new to me :D). Hmmm.

Sorry, hope you didn't think I was suggesting you were going to waste it, just musing out loud really :) x

Guilt factor on dress now zero as turns out have passed exam, so will keep it as reward factor. As bonus, am now looking forward to winter to wear it with boots :rotfl:

    congratulations Rosa :j:T:A:beer:

Hurray for wearing boots & new dress :D

Wish I'd been wearing long boots yesterday. Instead I was wearing a long floaty skirt & canvas shoes ... looked like I'd just had a full immersion baptism by the time I got in :(
