Crazy 2011 clothes challenge

My first clothes spend since joining the challenge... is a hefty £12 on a swimming cossie. Yes, I know I said in an earlier post I have four bikinis and yes that is true, but we went to Alton Towers and had waterpark tickets too, and I didn't want bits of bikini coming asunder at crucial moments!
So my total is £12/£100, did try on lots of other stuff when I bought the cossie but resisted, just! :A“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.”

Gosh, you're doing well to have only spent £12!
£3 to declare please lula-hula, on a pair of Zara dark navy cigarette pants. I am living in them at the minute and have had lots of compliments on them! (Plus it means I don't have to shave my legs as often as I'm normally always in dresses or skirts:shhh:)Mortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89

Haven't updated this in a while, I think I spent just under £50 previously on items not listed here. £40 shoes and £10 on a bridesmaids dress (bargain of the century imo!)
Tonight I've spent £12 on a rain jacket, reduced from £25. I liked it when it was £25 so I'm glad I waited until it came down in price!Thank you competition posters!

not been on for a while as well past my budget:o but had to mention an unusual(for me) spend:rotfl:whilst waiting for a flight to my hols I just happenned to go into Monsoon and found a half price skirt that they only had in my size so of course I bought it!It is a multi coloured on white print so goes with lots of plain tops:)
Of course it delayed me trying it on and then whilst sat on the loo the flight was called:eek:big panic as went to let DH go to the loo before we went to the gate.We ended up (after the dreadful speedy boarding and families) as last on the plane before the door was shut:eek:DH got a middle seat but I was stood on the aisle under the attendent made a couple move their baby off the last seat........of course he screamed for most of the flight:mad::mad::mad::mad:...such an unfair system as we were actually 1st to check in:rotfl:
also got a lovely Kew skirt in sales again only in my size so down from £60 to £10:j:j:j:j0 -
Well I have broke my duck - I know I said I was going to wait till my trip to London next month - but I have spent my money on a new(but charity bought) shirt.
Had a day trip out with DD1 (on holiday this week from work but spent most of it snuffling as had a cold plus 3 days spent helping a friend sort out a neighbours garden) and I wasn't even thinking when I purchased a very nice casual shirt from Next from CS.
It reminds me of vintage blue "ticking" design but the shape is really flattering on - thought it would be great to wear about on my trip next month - so Lula please would you put me down for my first real spend of the year of
£3.49 /£100
I was actually hoping to not spend at all until August - but I put it down to still feeling under the weather and tired from doing all that gardening - I can now remember at time of purchasing it I wasn't even thinking straight - I just bought it - didn't even question myself to why I needed it etc, all of Martins mantras went out of my head - put it down to being tired I suppose.
But I have worn it twice since so it must be ok.:)

I bought a lovely summer dress today (won't date it's summery!) for £9 reduced from £30 and am really pleased as I nearly bought it at £20 a couple of months ago. Plus its fits much better now I have lost as few more pounds and inches too!
Also a top for £12 instead of £18 - not such a bargain but nice all the same and needed
