Well I am looking to buy some new jeans, think I may get a cheapo pair just now but when I've lost some weight I'd like to invest in a good pair. They'd get a lot of use. Also have to buy some new basic tops, roll on the weekend for some shopping :)

Hi Littleboots. Just wanted to say that if you're on a diet then buy the cheapest pair of jeans you can (and only if you really really need them). I've lost weight recently and whilst I was very happy at needing a smaller size I was ashamed when I realised how many pairs of jeans I had and how much I'd spent on them. Good luck with the diet x
Pay off as much as I can in 2012.

I wear a mixture of flats & heels & after much sampling have discovered that I can only wear certain heels; I have some fab 4 inch slim heels for work which are so comfy & others which are only 2 inches & yet cause so much pain after a couple of hours that I now carry a spare pair of boots & spare pair of shoes in the car.

Interestingly, someone once told me that the smaller the distance between the heel & the main sole, the more comfy the shoe is & it does seem to work for me. (apart from the amazing shimmery red wedge sandals which Shoe Gal made me buy :p a couple of years ago & are agony after about an hour

    xx

Lula I find cuban heels are the only heels (other than wedges) I can wear these days, kinda distributes the weight and are dead comfy! I clearly am getting old! :o

can you put me down for £350 all in please?

    Thanks :A

    Good morning - found you!

I've kicked off 2011 by buying a really ridiculous pair of Primani pyjamas with frogs on them. For £5. I had to do this as I left a pair at my Mum and Dad's house at New Year and only had 2 pairs of PJ's to start with.

I was also toying with buying some more size 18 jeans as my size 16 pairs, which fitted me lovely this time last year,:mad::mad: are feeling the strain! But I'm too tight to spend the money (nothing for under £15 in M&S but will have a browse of the charity shops next week) so I'm going to manage for the moment (and suffer - serves me right!).

So £5 to declare.. hope everybody is having a good start to 2011!
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.

A small spend today £4 on a maxi dress on the bargain rail in Asda fints lovely ready for summer. And much needed socks £2 again in the Asda sale.
I wear flats for the day time and heels for a night out. I have a gorgeous 5 inch pair of leopard print heels that I love.

Hello to everyone and newbies! Glad i'm not the only one who can't wear heels, i hurt my foot years ago and now have to wear a size bigger which makes me look like clown feet :rotfl:but also only wear one pair i found from bhs, have bought last month 3 more pairs to last me. Hubby also bought me two pairs of flat boots and in the summer i found last yr that flip flop don't make my foot play up so i now am kitted out feetwise, never had so many! Being a 5ft1 shrimp with only 25 inch legs does make me look with envy at high heeled wearers lol.

Anyway i had alot of clothes arrive today but i ordered them xmas eve and boxing day so am not counting them :) except for two items which for some reason they've only just debited my card for:cool:, it is for a belt and pair of black gloves and came to 7.00. Managed to lose a lot of weight in the last three months and have regained my love of clothes but really don't need anything else (unless i lose more weight ;)) so will be reining (sp?) in the spending this yr. Hubby definitely agrees with this lol!
