Evening All

Jings its cold!

Hope you all had a happy halloween.

Had a good day at work today - I was BUSY wooo hooo! :T And boss asked if I could manage another project even though I work part time - could I ever. So maybe things are looking up and I won't sit and play with my budget all day and think about all the flyladying I could be doing at home.

Speaking of home. Came in tonight and there's not a pile of stuff waiting to be done. Got on top of most of it ready for mum's royal visit (she was ok - wanted me to take her to costco cos her membership's run out, and she babysat while DH and I went to pub)

So I only have 1 load of washing to iron.

BM to go on for tomorrow's loaf and then I'm going to attack kitchen cupboards with view to storecupboard challenge. Not got a full load for WM so that can't go on.

PennyP glad to here you're a bit more positive. Keep going. You're an inspiration to me with all your osing.

 to everyone (thought that might be a change from hugs)

FINALLY I'm on the right track as well. Should be exchanging tomorrow or Friday, just as soon as my solicitor clarifies a point I raised about ground rent.

Hugs to all :D

Edit: PS, Ticklemouse, let me know how it went! Sorry to have neglected my bestest OS friends so much lately...

Hi all :j

Well, I've been and "launched". Not as many there as I'd have hoped, but as Nels said - isn't it better to have a few who will become your clients than loads there who just want the free wine? :D I'm expecting to get business from all who were there tonight and the potential for further business from two of them is huge :j :j

So, HUGE thanks to Nelski, for all her hard work and support. She's been brill, guys :T :T :T Thanks to those who have pm'd and e mailed me too. :D

Anyway, got home to think that I could pack the boys off to school in their best school uniforms (cos it's photo day tomorrow) with the neighbour who does the Thursday morning run, to find that a: she's ill so I've been asked to do it and b) DS2 accidentally headbutted DS1 in the face so he'll have a huge bruised swollen cheek by tomorrow :( Seeing as I'll be up and dressed, I'll spend some time cleaning this midden :o but I AM going to have a couple of hours to myself.... watching tv or having a lovely bath or just sleeping (insomnia has well and truly struck lately) I may even make a lovely SC meal as it's freezing here tonight so the time has come for heart-warming casseroles and the like.

Ok, I'm off to bed soon cos I'm worn out. I'm already sat here in PJ's with a cup of hot milk (see, already a contender for international business woman of the year :rotfl:)

See ya tomorrow

PS Rzl - glad everything is finally happening for you hun :j

Just home and catching up on everyones day.

Ta for that TM its much appreciated :o:o:o (10% :rotfl: :rotfl: )

Anyway just to add that I have been part of a number of small business launches in my work capacity and its rare you get people wanting to sign there and then.:T :T :T

I would tell you guys what it is but I will leave that decision to TM.(but it involves ****!!!%%%***&&&££$ dont tell her i told you!!)

I have to say I warned her in the early days not to give too much away on tinternet as it can become a personal problem if you let the mse community know exactly who you are and what you do.( btw  stalker its been a while!)
Having said that I know on this board you are hugely supportive and its lovely to see so many of you doing the positive vibe stuff to a new business.

TM - Go girl you deserve to be successful and guess what - I know you will be:j

Now its to bed for me as its back to the big guys tomorrow - flight to glasgow have to be there a 6.00am:eek:

WOOHOO! My cat came back!

He smells of perfume and soap so the little !!!!!! has a second home, who probably kept him in over halloween after escaped our house. I'm so chuffed!*

* I also want to strangle him for worrying me so much!
My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.
