    Morning

Oooh it's soooo cold here this morning, my little tooties are like ice. And it's going to be even colder tonight:eek:

Can I ask for some opinions please? I'm about to create a page for my work website on Christmas like fayres, bizarres and local charity christmas cards. If you were looking what else would you like to find out for your local area Christmas festivities??? Thank you in advance there!

Left very early yesterday after I realised I'd worked 39 hours non-stop!!!! Didn't tell my boss, I just left:D Bet I get in trouble later:rotfl:

Hope everyone's ok and keeping warm

    Morning All

Off to take DD to nursery in a mo - she's going to cry, and that'll make me cry (once I'm back in the car). I KNOW she's ok as I've watched on the cctv and as soon as I close the door she's happy tucking into breakfast. Still makes me feel like a cruel mum.

Work should be ok today - hope so anyway.

DH put the bread maker on last night:eek: Looks like he's learning. He would have previously gone out to get a loaf of bread and picked up some beer/wine on the way.

But I'm off the wine - 3 pounds down this week :T . (lots more to go!)

    Take care everyone.

    Morning all :)

Slept like a log again last night as did the children, dd always creeps into my bed when oh is away and I never wake up, so she woke up snuggled next to me. Kitchen floor was freezing this morning and I am a bare feet kind of gal so winter is definitely on its way. I notice the leaves are finally starting to tumble off the trees as well.

Did some christmas wrapping last night! It was good fun and I watched the T.V awards (yawn) at the same time. I am trying to create a craft chest for the children as a present and am off to try and get some bits today. Will start in Mr T's today where I also have to pick up some groceries but am only going to take a £20 with me as I don't want to overspend. Got to send back some presents I ordered online as it was completely overpriced tat, was desperately trying to find a tradtional Jack-in-a-box for my niece but this one was so poor and 1/2 the size they had quoted.

Have a good day everyone, sending a wave to Kiwichick and a hug all round.

Edit: Peem, had the same with my DD, it's horrible having to leave them isn't it.
  • Morning All,

I think my flu has turned the corner...still feeling rubbish but not as bad as i was.

Gotta go and have bloods done this morning...and cannot eat until I've had them done. DD is being collected at 0830 by my DF and being taken to school which means I can get to docs asap....

Will probably pop into town quickly later, might pick up a few bits for dinner and then back to bed for the afternoon.

Will pop back on later - hugs as always

Going iver my sisters this mo0rning to see my ickle niece. Shes 7 weeks old now!

I made some choc muffins last night to take with me. I also added a few bits of chopped up mars bar, hopefully they should taste even nicer!

I need to empty wm & put it in the td. Then put another load in the wm. I do not know where all the washing comes from!

Had mad dream about Morten Harket last night! In it, he had really bad teeth, like he smoked or drank too much coffee, lol!!!

I need to buy 12 bottles of wine today for the bombfire night party today. I get the money back though obviously!!! 12 bottles for £50 & they have to be decent as they are gifts....

Have taken chicken out of the freezer for dh & the kids for tea. Dunno what I'll make with it. I will prob have a baked spud or get some soup out of the freezer.

Must go & do my hair & get the kids out the door to school!

    Have a good day everyone

    Hello all

WM and dryer on. Animals fed. Kids getting ready for school, and its "ruddy" cold.

Had better night sleep, the dog did snore to start of with, but luckily i didn't hear much of it (thanks to my ear plugs)

Got to finish work early 2day, physio appointment this afternoon :(
Gone to a new clinic as my other physiotherapist - well - we had a slight personality clash - to say the least.

Finally did the big shop last night, £112 poorer. :( that includes, fresh, frozen, larder, fridge & food 4 the animals.

HM shepherd's pie later for dinner, just what we need in this cold weather

Love & hugs to all, have a great day

    Morning All

Just sitting here thinking I really must do the school run but its sooo cold. Will be def awake by the time I come back.

Also off riding this morning and havnt any riding gloves - think will have to nip to the shop first. House is completely tidied and ready for a big clean today must admit I like turning the heating right down and really getting stuck into it - Im terrible for housework when the weather is hot.

Enjoyed exercise class last night after all. Only ache slightly and feel really good physically and mentally - it is true that exercise can cheer you up.

Best go out now need to find scarf. Hope you all have a great day, good one for me as Im out with friends tonight for an indian.

    Aussielass - enjoy your sunshine!
