    CONGRATULATIONS JOANNASMUM!:j :j :j :beer: :j :j :j

    Sorry, not time to do a proper post this evening. but hugs to everyone, and RZL thinking of you - our shared-ownership exchange took a long time to sort out too - that was 23 years ago so you'd think the solicitors would all know what they were doing by now!:confused:

    Penny-Pincher - glad the baking went okay! it sounds as if your DD is settled in very well at her new school, bless her heart.:A

    Best wishes

    ... DD got another A* today for Art, last week was English:D She seems to be doing well but really needs to read the questions more fully before answering them:rolleyes:

    Chill!!! If she's getting A* "without" reading the questions "more carefully" before answering them, she'll be off the scale ;) She's doing an awesome job by the sound of it - be proud ;):D

    Evening all! I really must try and get on here earlier, it takes so long to read the thread this late in the day!

    15_2_126.gif Congratulations! to Joannasmum and family!! What brilliant happy news!

    Had one of those days where I really do feel I'm on a hampster wheel, racing ever faster to stay in the same place!! I think the problem was I kept flitting from one job to another, my concentration was really shot to pieces. Oh well tomorrow's another day and the bathroom did get finished, as did the kitchen and my sink positively gleams:D

    Going to have a little look round the site now.

    Must just share an EEEEEEEK moment with you, knowing that there are a lot of Archers fans on this board...

    The Times today reviewed the 15,000th episode (I think - I haven't listened to it for years!) and referred to David and Ruth's "18-year marriage"

    :eek::eek::eek::eek:

    I remember when they got married! I didn't realise I was only 10 at the time but OMG that makes me feel SSSSOOOOOOOOOO old!
