    Morning everyone

I am now on holiday from work until Monday the 20th :j :j :j

Have so far got a load of washing in. Have probably another 2 or 3 to be done as well.

I have some old clothes to sort out to give to my niece for fundraising for her school. There are quite a few bags in the loft so it will take a wee while to sort them and to haul them to the car. (We live 3 floors up!!).

My mum is 60 in December and the whole family is going out for dinner to celebrate. My sister has recommended the restaurant but I have never been so in the interests of research my sister, my mum and myself are going there for lunch today. Remember interests of research only ;)

When I get back this afternoon no doubt I will find something to stardrop. I recommended this to some girls at work. One of them screwed her face up and said "It can't be any good if it's only 58p and I only use "brand" names". More fool her. The other girl got some last week and she too has been converted :T

    Gonna go for a browse

    Bye for now :D

  • Morning all :D

    :j :j Congrats joannasmum :j :j

Nothing much happening with me today. Why is it lately I'm finding there just isn't enough hours in the day. I'm getting home from work, cleaning, trying to list things on e-bay and it just seems never ending. I fell like I can't remember the last time I relaxed yet if I do stop to watch a bit of TV or something I feel guilty

So lovely OS'ers what do you do to keep you motivated and make it feel like it's all worth while?

As always take or leave the :grouphug: as needed

    Thanks for the reminder.

Used to listen to the archers religiously when I was in my keen running phase (running and listening to the radio). Prob won't manage tonight - but I'll be sure to listen on sunday. (Should be going to Yoga but I've missed a term and can't be bothered)

How unfit does all that make me sound!!!:rotfl: :o
Listen to it on their website if you have missed an episoode.I have been listening to the Archers for 50 odd years wouldn't miss them for the world:rotfl:

    Morning all!

Congratulations Joannasmum! you must be over the moon!

Big hugs to those and their families who are feeling poorly!

Off Christmas shopping to Malvern today with DH.Got to take DS1s laptop in and hope it can be repaired - some problem with the power supply apparently.Cant afford to replace it anyway.

Cottage pie with sweet potato topping and roasters for tea, we're taking a flask and sarnies with us today to eat in the Malvern hills to save a bit of money.

Have a good day all xx

Off to take DD3 to school. Will post again later.

Hope you have a good day Pennypincher. You must be in a lot of pain for the hospital to give you morphine. I have a lot of pain and it is as much as I can do to get them to give me codeine!!!!

Joannasmum - Congratulations to you! :j

Pen Pen - Another Archers fan here! Listened last night with bated breath..........oo-er!! ;)

OH away to the rest of the week, so feeling sorry for myself. I know others are in a worse position, but just like to feel sorry for myself now and again!! Also have to be at w*rk today, so compunding things........

Left lunch at home, so no OS for me today either! Will have to make up for it this evening.

Guest bed to strip and bathrooms to do, so will drag HM spag out of freezer to re-heat whilst doing that. Was hoping to go for a swim at my new found cheap eisure centre. Ig I don't go 3 times a week, it won't end up cheap! Walk at lunchtime as well to try to get the exercise up - and that will be free!

    Hugs to all
