  • Morning all,

Well the flu is still here...as are the pains in my chest....am just waiting to rings the docs to find out what my ecg said....it said something on it about it being abnormal and they said that the doc would call me...guess what..they haven't!

Need to ring w*** and let them know whats happening...will probably go back on monday...depending on what docs say about this ecg!

....just spoken to docs receptionist..am now on call back list for this morning...would be quite happy for her to say that it's fine and that the call was unnecessary...but when it says abnormal on something to do with your heart..you can't help but be concerned.

Today am at achievement assembly for my dd at the school and then back to bed...

Hugs to you all as always (i'm not quite so contagious now):p

Not much from me today apart from the fact that I can't wait for this week to be over. To be honest the last 2 weeks have been hell and I just want it all over with.

Lucie - Hope you have a fab time

stressedoutmumof1 - Good on you :T :T Not kicked the habit myself but I know it's coming.

Anyway, didn't end up getting much done last night just felt the need for a little cry and a veg out. OH thinks it's the stress of it all as since it happend I seem to have lost that get up and go.

Saying that this weekend I have big plans to clean the house, do all the ironing, meal plan, list a load of stuff on e-bay, take the car to the garage and last but not least start my dissertation (I hate studying with a full time job!!!)

Hope you all have a great weekend whatever you may be doing.

As always take or leave the :grouphug: as needed

stressedoutmumof1 - :T :j :T :j Very well done!! Enjoy your birthday celebrations weekend and hope DD has a FUNtastic time :D - jellycat40 - have a great camping Bonfire weekend :D - catowen, pleased to hear your cough is improving; maybe you can send some of your healing vibes to Aussielass to clear up her flu! :(

I'm off to gingin's house for dinner for some chilli and nacho's  :j - Pen Pen, hope you enjoy HFW, it was an interesting way of presenting freerange/organic eating ;):D - Chipps, there's another episode on next week, (livestock I think) so stick it in your calendar or, if you have a mobile phone, 'book' it as an appointment so you won't forget ;):D - catznine, thanks for the tip off yesterday re Shirley Goode, interesting read indeed! :D - BR .... well!!!!??? Can I unX these fingers now? Are we able to :j :j yet? Or have I missed the post :o

Well, the lads have now left for school and their debris behind them
I now need to phone Tesco's and find out what they are playing at and see if I can coax them into lighting a fire under their own bottoms to get them moving/doing their job properly. There are times when moneysaving is fun and there are those times when you have to wonder if triple points are really worth the aggro! Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it somehow.

    Morning All

I survived physio yesterday, but Im still in agony, daren't go sick on my 5th day of new job, so will grit my teeth thru the pain. She will see for the next 2weeks and if no better, will refer me to pain management and for further investigation. Is pain management similar to anger management? Even she couldn't tell what they do!!!! Not saying that I've ever had to use anger management - lol.

Not much to report Im afraid, not very OS this morning,

Catch up with you all later peeps - take care
    lots of love

Feel terrible this morning, I was awake most of the night. I think I'm getting the flu, sweat is pouring off me and I ache all over. Later I'm suppose to be going to get the car MOT'ed dont really fancy sitting in a drafty waiting room with DD while they do it but havent got the energy to walk home and then walk back.

Tonight I'm supposed to be going for a Chinesse for SIL birthday, dont know if I'll make it, I hope I can the food is yummy.

    Have a good day everyone

    Morning everyone

Had a wee bit of a lie-in this morning and then stayed in bed and read the paper.

Have put a load of washing on. Luckily yesterday it was a very sunny day so the washing tried quickly and didn't need tumble drier :j

Stardropped the windows yesterday. Once again very impressed with this. Windows are sparkling and no streaks and with very little effort :D

Todays plans include going to the library and post office, a quick tidy up and then I dunno. Nothing much else needs doing.

    Have a great day :D

    :hello:OS'ers :hello:

:grouphug:to anyone who needs one :grouphug:

Very cold this morning, grass shows signs of a very heavy frost......bright, nice and warm inside, the heat must have kicked in during the night. I have a load of washing to put out, yesterdays dreid quite well, finished it off on the rads.

I watched HFW last night, I do admire his crusade, BUT there are people who cannot afford to buy even the free range chicken, if they want to eat they really do not have much choice...........When they slaughterd that chicken it took me back some.... afraid we did not have the advantage of stun guns!!!!!

We are on a mission today, a couple of years ago I managed to buy loaf tin liners from the market in a small town about 20 miles away, we are off this morning to see if I can get them again, if they have them I will buy a couple of packets, we are trying to use up the fuel in the car before we swap it on Monday. Glad to say the cover note arrived yesterday so it is now in the safe keeping of the dealers......... :j :j all systems go for Monday 2pm.

HM fish and chips for supper tonight, made a batch of yougart and need to put on a loaf, we are almost out of bread, again.

    Off for my:coffee:

    Bye......................

    Morning all

Lucie - hope you have a fantastic time, I am so jealous I miss the heat of the sun so much. It may be perfect blue sky here but it would freeze any exposed body parts off :D very easily

Queenie - good luck with Mr T:T

    SOMO1 - well done on 4 weeks:j

Well I had a horrible day yesterday as well it must have been a theme:rolleyes: The worst thing was realising that £80 had gone missing from my purse which was left with the team I have been working with in Scotland. Its left a really bitter taste in my mouth as I know its one of them but dont know which one and I dont feel able to challenge them about it:embarasse after that I treated myself to some tax free stuff (OK I admit it was 2 bottles for £20  ) and then left it on the plane which remarkably has now gone missing:rolleyes:

Add to that my headlight has bust and I have lost my credit card and with all of that I think I should just go back to bed for the rest of the week - particularly as Im due at the dentist in an hour:eek:  .

Anyway on a postive Ive got a nice lunch with friends planned for tomorrow and then a firework party in our close for Sunday so the weekend is looking really good.

Hope you all have a lovely day
    xxNels
