ageandjo wrote:Put the exchange papers in yesterday now it's just a matter of time and lots of nail biting, the place we hopefully will be going to has a huge kitchen approx 20 odd foot:eek:  I am used to a tiny kitchen with hardly any work space so I can't wait, the thing I am looking forward to most will be having a dining table
I know hun im still waiting for a reply on our exchange - we put the papers in a few weeks ago now so we should be hearing very soon i hope - might have to chase them up at some point as the girl im hoping to exchange with has heard f all either. fingers crossed thogh - we dont have room to swing a kitten in our flats kitchen let alone a cat - constantly banging into open cupboards etc and the house we are going to has a huge kitchen too so i cant wait to move in and have a dining table in the kitchen.
Today is starting ok - bf was better yesterday when he came home and thank god TOM finally arrived so i can really stop panicking now. and we had no trick or treaters last ngiht which im releived about because little one got to sleep and not be disturbed by the dog barking all night.
Today is my day for doing all those silly little niggly projects that need doing but i can never be bothered to do. Seeing as i have the whole day to myslf and extra time on my own tonight im goign to get them done. My bf is off to see his other son tonight which im dreading (wait.....not that hes seeing his son that he has to see his ex.........all she does is give him stick for whatever reason, she rang up and got J to ask us to have him on sunday and when we said we were going away she got all shirty because she thought we were taking J's half brother with us which we're not (woohoo a day off in 3 years!)but then first thing she said was well when am i getting my money then?? - ncie priorities huh?)
Anyhoo......todays game plan
1. bleed radiators - mine need doing badly and seeing as its getting that bit colder lately i think it will be pretty soon that it will be coming on.
2. General clean and tidy up
3. Sort out the mould on bathroom wall. Yes i know yuck, i realised last ngith that its there when i was having my shower and with a house inspection looming i need to sort it out.
4. Whilst on subject i need to repaint our toilet - OH thought it would look cool to put bike magazines on the wall adn coat in PVA glue. Now i need to rip it all down and paint over it before the house inspection appointment is due.
5.Scrub hallway - dog dstays in there and it is a bit pongy lately.
6. am going to get my butt in gear tonight and make these rice bags - yes i know they still arent done - its like a running saga now - i see the stuff to make them every day but i get comfy sat watching the TV and never do it. so whilst i have peace and quiet tongiht ill do them.
ok so thats my game plan. absolutely no idea what to eat for brekkie lunch or dinner but ill find something.
ok talk soon and hugs to all who want or need them
love
Sam

Hello Everyone
Very very tired. Over last two days I worked 5.30am Monday through to 7.45pm last night, that's with the overnight stay in the haunted house.
Think I've had about 6 hours sleep in that time.
Hoping to leave early today by taking my lunch hour!!!
Hope everyone's managing to keep warm - we still have no heating on at work - cut backs!!!! Sitting here in a thick jumper, fleese and scarf. It's going down to minus one here tonight
Hugs to all who need themComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -
good morning everyone!
I dont post often but I read often and have picked up lots of tips. I have started to reduce my shopping budget by planning and looking for good deals.
Have recently reduced my hours by changing my job so money will be a bit tighter but on the plus side my work life is so much happier.
today I have a day off. I plan to do a major clean in the house, some shopping for some little nic naks to send to a little girl I sponsor in Malawi.
I need to make a start on an essay for a course I am doing, go to parents night.......and this is my day off???x x x0 -
Good morning everyone,
 GOOD LUCK TICKLEMOUSE - WITH YOUR GRAND OPENING!!!! hope it all goes well xxx
ageandjo - Sorry about the result on Saturday, DS was very happy with it tho!!!! Will be keeping my fingers crossed for your exchange as well!!!
Well, another bad night here, but never mind, have 2 little ones (who will both have an hours sleep later) here today, and i think we will stay home and do dressing up and drawing and hopefully i will get to sit down and take it a bit easy!!!
Do need to put the WM and BM on, but most of the house is tidy, so nothing major to do.
Well, thats it today, hope everyone has a lovely day, (((:grouphug: ))) to anyone who would like, or needs one.
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -
