Forgot to mention the Fudge Kitchen shop . Could quite easily be a third career change in the pipeline. Bath is somewhere I would seriously consider moving to, for the job prospects of course!

Good evening everyone,
What a lovely surprise, ive been out all day, popped on to catch up, and find MOGGINS is back!!!!!
Had a lovely day today, dropped DS off at his 'party' (well, he was picked up in a cafe car park and then taken go-karting!!!) and DD and i went to Trago Mills. We had a lovely time looking around (and buying a few bits!!) then we had a nice lunch there, followed by some more shopping. Got some lovely bits for xmas including a galexy advent calender for myself!!!
We then picked DS up from the same car park, he had also had a great time, and then we popped in on my friend, who has just moved (the one i bought the settee off of). I ended up helping her clean her house, the previous people had left it in such a mess, and staying for dinner. She has 2 children, her partner 2, and with my 2 as well it was a pretty full house, but they all played lovely together and we also bathed them all while we were there.
We are now home, and considering how ive spent my afternoon, my house is a tip!!! Never mind, will sort it out tomorrow!!!!
Right, need to get my 2 to bed, hope everyone has a lovely evening, im off to find some alcohol in my kitchen!!!!
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Oh - Dorry - lovely picture of you and your dog, its strange how you get an image of people from their avy, i expected you to have dark hair (blue with red bits!!!)0 -

Ahem  :A
queenie.. I have 8 children (15-2 years)... so you KNOW why I'm here!!! lol and a hubby of course.. can't forget him (much as I try!).. who could eat tesco out of business between them all!
we regularly feed extra adults, extra children, extra hollow teenagers.. where do they put that much food????
I've made 3 loaves in the BM today, done my dirty dishes.. one more load and we are done. Changed my bed sheets, re-made the bed, done 6 loads of washing (inc. school coats which were thick mud) drying and put away 4 of them. I need to sort school uniforms for tomorrow and crash in bed.
I'd have a shower but hubby is standing in it tiling the bathroom so we can all go smelly tonight! MUST bath the children tomorrow though!!
Hope you all had a good weekend!!

Pigpen - seems the houses are breaking out in multicoloured patches.
Ours will be gone by friday - the disease has had a long incubation (6 months or so) but the cure is on its way.:j I'm sending DH in with some emulsion and some rollers and he's not allowed out until it's all done. I may pass some weetabix cake under the door and some lager through the keyhole, but that's it. I want a cure! (The hall seems to have caught it though!)
Just out of a far too hot bath:o (that's my face at the mo), need to lie down. Just realised library book has to be finished by tomorrow so I'll have to go and read it - shame that. So off to bed with a book.
Forgot to say earlier that I scrubbed the oven today, and the DW. Had to have 1/2 hour doze to get over it. But ooh it looks good - keep going in to see.
Dorry - love the dog.
Frizz - Bath is somewhere I've always wanted to go. I want to go down the terrace singing "who will buy this beautiful morning". Think I'll be the first to have done so?;)"You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me." - C.S. Lewis0 -
Woohooo what an afternoon, I haven't laughed so much in a long time. We all had a ball, started off in my house and then adjourned to other friends house so third friend could see it. She then cooked tea for us all and we didn't get home till after 7. I managed to give DD a quick bath then stewed waiting for a phone call from DH to say he had reached Leicester safely. He's now on his way back so I am crossing my fingers for him as the weather is awful out there.
Anybody else can't wait for christmas? I have Jack Frost playing on the tv, carols on the kitchen stereo and I can't wait to get the decs up.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Queenie wrote:[ :T :T Have to say, as a mother of 4 sons ... I agree
Out of curiosity, what is deemed "naughty" ?The boys dad would call any words or behaviour that *he* wouldn't do as 'naughty' and I would have to bite my tongue!!! They may have talked while his programme was on, or somesuch, which clearly isn't "naughty" ... so, I can't help but wonder what the boys at the party were doing which was 'naughty'? Behaviour can be naughty, but people aren't, surely?
Havent had a chance to really read much on here at all but notice that one of my comments may have upset a few people??? If that is the case then i am really sorry (especially Penelope Penguin) as i didnt mean to. As you may notice i did say that that decision wouldnt last long as most of the boys were really well behaved!!
In answer to your question Queenie two of the boys came straight into my house and started jumping all over the furniture, even after one of the mums told them not to. They then persisted in doing everything they were asked (politely) not to including dissappearing and being found by one of the mums wandering around upstairs having a good old snout around in all the bedrooms.
At one point they were having 'Breadstick fights' and started smashing them around (lickily they were only breadsticks) the lounge and crushing them everywhere and attacking my daughters new presents (luckily wrapped) with them. This is what i call 'naughty' and i really dont feel i am exaggerating as all the other mums who were left when the boys went breathed a huge sigh of relief and started talking all about it.......
Anyway once again i apologise if i have upset or offended anyone, i think i was just venting...... I love boys really!!!!!

have just briefly read yesterdays thread and just wanted to say how gorgeous the two babys are
congratulations rchddap1 and Michelle for such beautys!!
Michelle dont blame you for giving a bottle, i am a breast feeding supporter and have fed both of my children differently, first was bottle fed (due to problems) and second breast fed which i personally found much easier but anything to keep your sanity is worth a try.....................
I always say to the mums i see that if mummy and baby are happy and well then that is all that matter!!
