Yooo hoooo everyone
Firstly and most importantly -
Congratulations to Rchddap! Wonderfull, wonderfull news that little one has arrived safely, albeit early. Wishing you many peacefull nights
Valentine X, totally moved by your post - it was lovely. I really hope you have a wonderfull pregnancy.
I do hope everyone is well, Quickly scanned the daily thread as missing everyone. I shouldn't really as I've house and home work to do!!!!
Happy birthday to all (who are having a birthday - sorry, lost track!!!!)
Well done Snowy - can you come and do mine.... I'll give you a reflexology treatment....
Catowen - ooops, I think me too. DS had a tooth out the other day, and I totally forgot! yickes!
I thought I was totally over the old depression, but the SAD seems to be kicking in again - but thankfully not as bad as in previous years. I'm sure all the massages I'm giving/receiving are working wonders.
College days are fine - but my days off ---- yuck!
Anyway, have just booked in for an aromatherapy back massage for £5, not bad eh?
I did do a F/L challenge in the half term - managed to give the boys room a good overhaul. It was unberlievable how much 'rubbish' - and I do mean 'rubbish' (bits of wrappers etc) was in there. Eight trips to the bin later and under their beds were finally cleared!
Composter is going really well - I even added some 'natural' accelerator the other day..... but don't tell the boys, they'd die if the knew, lol. (and no Penny, I didn't perch over the edge of the composter to do it)
Sadly I didn't get around to making the chutney - all got mashed and put in the composter.
I desperately need to get back to meal planning - we've started slipping into 'panic' buy mode for dinner etc, and I'm sure it must be hitting the old finances (my head is so cosy in this sand)
On the plus side for the most part we've been eating quite nutritiously, and the bonus is I've lost nearly half a stone! Best not get too excited tho - I'll only go and celebrate with a cream cake, lol.
Ooo, that reminds me - I've found a cool website that sells sprouting seeds, teas, sprouters etc if anyone is interested. I met them at a healthy living fair and they're really great guys. Good strong morals too, so good people to buy from.
www.creative-nature.co.uk.
They do all sorts on there, including incense (I only knew about burning it in stick form - take a look at the other methods, really cool!)
Urmm, I've waffled so much I've not got much time left before my appointment......
Thinking of you all,
Love and hugs,
