    Morning everyone

It's Thursday...OK, so that's not what you'd call a revelation, but just one more "get up" and it'll be the weekend all over again...looking forward to having a nice rest.

Penny - hope you can get some more sleep today. Perhaps you could get an extension to your essay deadline and so take a little bit of pressure away from yourself?

Mrs Mix - I hope the school punish whoever tripped your son. If it was supposed to be a joke it wasn't funny.

AussieLass, hope you and your OH enjoy your quiet house...

My day will be at w*** as usual...finish at 5.30 pm today but think I will call into Debenhams 25% off sale afterwards to see if I can nab a bargain or two, if I still have any patience for the noise and crowds at that time.

    Have a wonderful day everyone.

Another day at w### for me too Snowy :D
Well spent 5 hours in the car yesterday and then 4 hours last night typing up notes from work meeting yesterday so as a result have had a fitful nights sleep.
Plans for today are:make a pack up, get through work and remember to give blood - that is if they take it this time, was refused last time so fingers crossed :)

:grouphug: to you all, can't wait till Tuesday so I get a day off think its going to be a long weekend till then.

    Have fun

  • Hey folks,

I'm off work today to go and see the midwife and do a mystery shop - luckily I was owed some toil so no questions were asked. Typically I woke up at 6.40am and am now wide awake on the very day when I don't have to go anywhere. OH is at home too and we were just planning a morning of sleep because we are both exhausted.

I'm nervous about visiting the midwife at lunchtime - I'm tempted to take my 5 x + PREG tests to her to prove that I'm not making it all up. Still having a lot of problems believing it and am sure someone's going to tell me it was all a bit hoax. Anyway, I've written a list of questions for her and hopefully I'll feel better after my visit.

So tired so I'm not planning much today except resting up - planning lots of O/S at the weekend though so I hope I'm forgiven.

    Have a lovely day everyone

    Good morning everyone,

2 little ones here today, although one is at nursery this morning. Need to get some milk, pay some bills at the bank and get DSs friend a birthday card, as DS has been invited to his party on Sunday. My 2 have German class after school today, so i dont have to collect them until 4, so will be able to have a relaxing afternoon with the little ones, without the mad rush to school!!!
Yesterday made some weetabix brownies and a horlicks cake, both turned out really well (and the little ones loved the cooking!!!) I made the brownies in my yorkshire pudding tin, instead of a tray, and it worked really well. Making chicken in tomatoes and white wine tonight for dinner (my version of a Waitrose recipe)

Rchdapp - not seen you on the boards for a few days, hope all is ok, as i know you are due soon!!!!

Hope everyone has a lovely day
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Morning all :D

Only a quick one from me today as we're off for a long weekend to London tomorrow so as I'm not in tomorrow I need to get loads done today

Really annoyed last night. Rushed home, cooked dinner and rushed out to evening class only to find out they had moved it to a Monday!

    Anyway back to it.

As always take or leave the :grouphug: as needed
