Morning all :hello:

Day off today , but am confined to the house until the delivery man arrives with OH new TV - its his combined Xmas and Birthday present ( for the next 10 years ) BUt really happy as all saved and paid for

So plans for today are all home based but am keeping my fingers crossed that the delivery will be this morning so that I can get into town this afternoon.
So WM on , just about to swipe bathroom, have a card to make, a prezzie to wrap, need to do some homework from college, sort the recycling, maybe make a cake, empty the fridge and depending on the weather may cut the grass.........
So if you see me on here give me a kick

I Am A Part Time Carer So After My Daughter Has Gone To School, I Will Do The Morning Rounds At Work Then Come Home To A Pile Of Ironing !!
But I Am Meeting A Freind For Lunch... Fingers Crossed For A Happy Day !!!

And once again I'm at work, wondering why do I bother.Really not enthusiastic about my job at the moment. I used to love it, but lately things are going from bad to worse.

Got a meeting at 2pm, then I'm going home to try and have a sleep. Had planned on a nap yesterday but our neighbour came round and wouldn't leave. So I had to do the polite thing and stay awake.

since OH is off w*** tonight he can look after the kids in the afternoon and i'll go shopping to Aldi/Lidl (it's not THAT close) - then later i'll take ds to a playdate and that's about it ....exciting, eh?!? :cool: :rolleyes:

i am drinking a cuppa atm, trying to delay the dreaded "lunchbox making event" that happens every weekday morning:) i would make them the night before but i dont have the room for 4 lunchboxes in my fridge lol

ive woken this morning to a couple of whopper sales that have been ordered overnight so that will be my job this morning.....more candles to make:)

WM just about to go on, and a wee bit of washing up to do, plants need watering too!

well after the kids all go off to there various places, i will be attacking the front room! and my stock cupboard needs a clean out again!!!!

uh oh, peace is shattered, i can hear the patter of little feet!

Morning OSers :hello:

Yesterday was completely filled with going to funerals so my renewed Flying was a non stater. So today's the day honest

The kitchen needs a good "bottoming" (hmm... that sounds wrong) meaning it needs a deep clean. My task for the day is to have all surfaces clean and clear and to clean the cooker. So that should take me til bedtime.

My aim for today is to go to DD2's primary school just twice (once to deliver her and again to collect). Yesterday I took her to school, then her swimming kit, then collected her at home time and had to go back again for her swimming kit (swimming lessons yesterday evening) :mad: Good job her head doesn't unscrew because she'd be bound to leave that somewhere Like I've said before, she ain't the sharpest knife in the draw :cool:

Well not had a bad night even though dd got in with us again!! Must sort that out, somehow???
Dh put new computer desk up in ds2 + 3`s room last night, so having a big change round today, ds1`s pc to be moved into other boys room as he is having a small aquarium in his room as part of his xmas pressie, so need to make room for that, and the bug house thing he wants!! Think it will be like a jungle in there after xmas, so he can definatly get used to cleaning his own room!!!

I also must hoover stairs, another one here with no carpet yet!! After being here nearly 3 years!! They are so expensive as our hallway and landing is over 5m long!!!
Tea- making meat and potatoe pie for kids, dh wants an omlette, as he has just took stew left over last night for his dinner at work.

Good morning!

Nothing much exciting planned for here today. Washing is done, 1 load in TD & 1 more waiting its turn. D/w needs emptying (& refilling), bread from BM needs slicing & putting away when cooled. And I need to go make myself some breakfast.
DS has a maths assignment to finish today, couldn't get it all done yesterday as he had his piano lesson moved from Thursday & also his art class in the afternoon. This will probably be his last year of home ed. as he will probably either go to college for 6th form, or get a job - his current thinking is that he would like to join the army. hmmmmmm... watching the news recently I am not sure how I feel about that, but I'm not going to sway him one way or the other. At his age it is his decision.
Aren't kids fun!

Good morning everyone.

I am expecting to spent quite a bit of time at hospital today with various specialists wanting to see me about different things. I have a good friend looking after my son for me today. I'm worried about walking round the hospital to different departments as I can't walk very far at the moment. We'll see how it goes.

OS planned for today - absolutely nothing.:eek:

Morning all

a HUGE Thank You for all the hugs and nice messages I've had lately. All I can say is they must work as I got the job! :j :j :j

Had a phone call from my current boss last night so just need to sort out the money etc today.

Also feeling much better in myself as I did go home yesterday and clean the house from top to bottom (although I did finish it off with a takeaway and a bottle of wine )

Anyway plans for this evening is carrying on with the e-bay listings.
