    Hi everyone!
Nothing too racy planned for today. OH picked up a couple of orders at the show at the weekend so we've covered costs and made a small profit which is always good news. Now it's time to sit down and plan where we go from here with the business. We need to do a website but it's finding the time sometimes even if the spirit is willing. At least with my job I have access to free web design training:D :D
Old style today has been putting the bin and recycling out and doing a general tidy round, cats tray etc etc. Will need to tackle the ironing tonight and got a couple of calls to make. Shall catch up on watching Planet Earth at the same time. If time/energy permits I will also make a few small repairs to the Tudor costume that I've been lent for the small person's banquet next week at school. I still don't understand how you can produce a Tudor costume in a fortnight if you're working full time and a sewing machine dunce like myself. Thank fully my Mum would have helped me if needed but she wouldn't have thanked me for asking her to do it for me which is perfectly reasonable. Sorry moan, moan, moan.:p :p
Well best be off as I've got one of those glorious tests at the Doctors which only a female has to endure...you know the one where the nurse appoaches stealthily thwainging her plastic gloves whilst armed with forceps and a dodgy looking mirror/spatula thing. Glorious...can hardly wait:j :j
It's bangers and mash for tea tonight I do believe.
    Have a very good afternoon!

Afternoon all :grouphug: to all even if you don't want one :p

Been busy here today, my list is over on the Flylady thread but I'm taking 5 minutes out of editing ebay photos to have a drink and I might grab a piece of fruit as I have just realised I haven't eaten dinner yet (that plate by the sink must have been hiding from the breakfast dishes ) Told DD this morning that the Christmas Fairy came last night and was very impressed with DD's decluttering and promises a BIG pressie IF she has a look through her clothes and toys herself ;) I love this Christmas Fairy lark.... :D

Listening to Jive Bunny Christmas Mix :santa2::xmassign::xmastree::dance::dance:

Right drink is finished...off to grab something to eat while I check Hotmail and then on with the photo editing

    Hi everyone,

Busy weekend. DS got home on Friday night but DD didn't, she does occasional modelling for Vidal Sassoon and had got a phone call asking if she'd do a job tonight so she had to get her hair coloured on Friday night and then cut on Saturday morning so she didn't arrive till Saturday afternoon. But she wants to keep them sweet because she gets free hair cuts, saving her oodles.

I cleared out two kitchen cupboards and tidied them, I've been meaning to do them for ages. Yesterday I made roast lamb and am going to use the left overs ina Rose Prince recipe for butternut squash hash. I also made a big panful of bas for scouse and froze half. Just need to add potatoes and dumplings to the other half and it will be done. Used organic beef and it does seem to have lots of flavour.

    afternoon, folks!

had a late night last night - an argument with OH that led to me bawling all over him (several times).. then we made up the best way possible ... and i bawled all over him again. Cue one very soggy OH and rather emotion filled evening.

anyway, because of that i woke up late.... put WM on, got to do washing up in a minute, theres a mad panic on at the moment with OH, his parents are booking the tickets for us to go to the Netherlands on 28th Dec (day after parents/grandmother come up for a full xmas dinner) for 2 weeks so OH needs passport sorted ASAP (it ran out in June). Fortunately there's a dutch consulate in manchester that can sort out the passport so we don't need to travel to london or anything, but its still a panic. Really starting to feel the pressure for xmas now and this is not good - have to step back and breathe a bit... and just take it all one bit at a time. one bit at a time.

on the plus side: friend is listing stuff on ebay for me to sell.. i just hope it all sells for oodles of cash, although i'm not sure it will. oh well.

so not exactly sure what else i'm going to do today.. but i'll be doing something, i do know that much!

hope everyone else has a good day...

    keth

Havnt had time to post yet as we had to go and sort out the disabled seat which has caused more problems with my back:rolleyes: ...so had that taken out this morning but had to travel and hour there and back to get it done...and they charged us £450 for doing it:eek:    ....dont have the energy ATM to sort this out but seems very unfair!

WM has been on and has been put on the airer. None of my course has been done. Have listed 18 items on Ebay as its a 10p listing day...including Xbox and tons of games.

Am completely knackered, so wont stop long. Early night tonight after a lovely hot shower.

    Breakie: Bacon Butty
    Lunch: Burger
    Dinner: Chicken Fajitas & Rice

    Hugs to all.

  • Michelle: how do you manage to get someone else's house sorted when you have such a new baby?? I am amazed! Well done, but make sure you do get some rest, too.

Dunno? I guess cos he is so good (apart from when he gets wind). Plus, i keep getting mad energy bursts. I see random things and do them when i am up feeding him. Plus, do things like cook dinner when my sisters were here, so they are cuddling baby and satisfying their broodiness, and i am making the house look better yet still chatting. (ie not wasting time like they do by just sitting there)

I guess i have finally got back to my old self from before my illness last year, and the pregnancy, and i don't actually need much sleep when i'm healthy.

Plus, it makes life easier if there is less stress and arguments. ;)

big hugs to tinkerbell, csarina and kethry. Tomorrow is a new day.

    Michelle, xx
