Thanks completelylost, I have emailed them to say that I would be more than happy to do this. I hope that they accept this.

With regard to the paypal item, I intend to send it out tomorrow and have emailed ebay to ask why there is a difference between that particular payment and all the other payments, otherwise I'll sort it out with paypal. (No I didn't get a message from paypal, and it is not registering on my paypal account either). Thanks for the advice. You are a star. x

You need a quick answer so get hold of the eBay customer service phone number and speak to someone before you post it. I have never had a payment not show if it has gone through. Even a pending payment sends a receipt from PayPal

    Hi Miss EP.
I would double check your listing, and make sure the proper email address is showing for your paypal payment.
i once put mine as com instead of co.uk..... luckily i noticed before the auction ended.

    morning all!

one of my higher value items sold last night for £48 after fees woop! takes me to £131.46 in ebay sales so far this month :)
need to get some more listed tonight now.
  • Hi, just thoughti would say that I posted my parcel this mornng at my little local post office with no problems. They said that I had actually paid slightly too much postage but would rather that than not enough! My other item that has sold is collection only & I have told the person that I would be in from10.30 today & Friday or the weekend. They haven't actually said when they will come & looking out the window, it looks like a nice day for a walk, but I daren't incase they come to collect & pay my £2, lol! Oh, its all good fun this e-baying!

  • Glad you figured out the problem, miss empty piggy.
    & welcome pink_lily.

My two 'big' (when I say big, I mean £20+ items) items didn't sell at all last night despite having loads of watchers, but someone has since emailed to ask if I would sell one of them for £20 (I had it listed at £25 with free p&p) so I'm not sure what to do!

I feel like I achieve a certain level of clearance and then end up taking on someone else's junk, meaning I'm back to square one. My brother asked me to sell a ton of stuff for him & said I can take a cut if I do it... just need to wait for another free listing weekend now.
  • Just made £13.50 from 2 sales! Got a few more ending later today and looking forward to updating my sig :) busy day for me at the post office tomorrow!

I would relist it at £20 start. The person who wants to pay you £20 can bid, and others might bid as well which will push the price up a bit
