Fingers crossed that your job is Ok :A
thanks, I'm hopeful that I'll be ok but I'm so worried for my colleagues. And I feel like I'm a bit tougher, I've only been there 2 yrs so I'm used to interviews, applying for jobs etc and some of my colleagues have been there for 15 - 20 years and that whole thing is totally new for them.
I've created a special Olympics spreadsheet. I'm so excited about them coming to London and so I'm working out what events I'm going to put in for!! So far I've got too many but I know I can whittle it down to something manageable.
I know lots of people are being really negative about it but I'm so excited (and I'm not even a massive sports fan!) :TI've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

definitely, we should start now to actually get it done this year!!!
I've ordered a light fitting for my bedroom :j
I've had my eye on it for ages and now it is 20% off (from BHS) and has free delivery - although i've opted to have it delivered into the store near my flat as that works better for me.
You can also pay via Paypal with BHS and I had £29 in my account and so I've only paid £6 for it :money:
I've got a friends housewarming to go to tonight so made some cherry fudge last night and am also trying to make an apron now!
Then tomorrow I think I'm finally going to get to see Black Swan - I've tried about 10 times to see this and each time the plans don't work so fingers crossed for tomorrow.
Right better get on with things now.....I slept in too late and still feel woolly!

Great news on the light fitting - it's fab when something you've lusted after is reduced
A genuine bargain - when you were prepared to pay full price

I think BHS has an amazing homewares department and especially their lighting. I've been checking out all their sales and so far the fititng I want hasn't been reduced but finally!!!.....
My stupid sewing machine is playing up so Im going to give up on the apron idea and hopefully the fudge will be enough....I'll get some wine to take as well....I've got my own flat :j:j

Well the spends weren't too bad...
I took £20 out on Friday and then £30 yesterday.
Went to see Black Swan yesterday which was really good - very melodramatic And we got the early bird special for £7 which was great.
Then we went to the Royal Academy but didn't go in as my friend coudln't get me in for free so we had a cream tea instead. Very pricey but I love a payday treat!!! :j £7
Tonight I finally decided to stop moping about my rubbish lovelife and have taken Souk's advice on board ....it's a numbers game!
So I registered on eharmony and did all their fancy questionnaires and finally discovered that it costs £40 a month  but you can do options that are cheaper per month but you have pay for more months eg. £75 for 3 months......
Aargh, read the 7 matches and they all seem reasonable but I'm going to have to hope one of them has paid the cash to contact me instead!!
New project is to find a cheaper dating site!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
