Ahh Mooloo you made me have a little cry just wish i could do more to help you
MatyMoo I think you are jumping the gun here no one is critisising its just we are all different and have different ideas many of us have children/family members with problems and have used certain tactics to everyones advantage
Unfortunatly if you put your private life on the internet then you must as Mooloo does expect questions and comments
I know from personel experience my oldest DD struggles daily with my DS who has ADHD & Aspergers she finds his behaviour sometimes very difficult to deal with and gets very upset and frustrated DD2 can cope better but still finds daily life hard both are glad when he goes away on small breaks as they have time with me and their dad without the constant demands of ADHD/Aspergers dont get me wrong we all love him dearly but sometimes a break to recharge is needed I do worry that the girls have missed out on things as we have always have to have our day mapped out around him but like you have done my best i am sure they will let me know one day what i did wrong

Times that by two of them and you will see the way my life has been for the last 20 years.

Well I have just posted a series of pictures of my garden in to my homepage. Perhaps this will show the extent of the garden. Certainly with 156ft of it, this is not a job for the family to tackle. I will contact housing tomorrow, and the enviromental Health. I will also speak to my solicitor and see where I stand.
    Thanks again
Now its time to make sure that DGD has gone to sleep and see about working out what I can sew tomorrow. Then I will be off to bed, I am exhausted.
Shouldnt be, as I had a lazy day at BF's. Oh well thats life.

I would not be happy with that at all, your right to take pictures etc, if you manage to get the funding soon it will be a lush garden where DGD will be able to burn off lots of energy its huge!

It certainly is huge. I would be so happy to get it safe, and to have a vegetable plot for DGD to help me grow plants. In the old cottage she loved helping me with the garden. here its just a nightmare. How do you stop a 3 year old from digging in the garden? Not easily when she is mad about it.!
I want to save up and buy some garden swings/slide etc but that will depend on the safety aspect, as thats obviously the most urgent and important of all.
Now I am really very tired and I am off to bed. Feel totally drained.

My goodness, the bit between the door and the paddling pool is a terrible mess, isn't it? I would definitely be unhappy about the drug paraphanalia. I live in a HZ house too, and I know what they will and won't do for me, but I know for sure that they would be sorting out stuff like that if I shouted loud enough, sadly it often seems its not how you ask but how loud and how often. Good luck in getting on to them.

Morning, well I am running very late, I had a terrible night, and was up every couple of hours to go to the loo! Then the neighbour who's house is attatched to me kept me awake for about an hour with terrible Snoring! Eek. To start with I thought I must be still dreaming. But no, it was coming from next door!
I dont have earplugs, and if I did, I wouldnt be able to hear DGD so I just had to try and think of other things. But that in turn also kept me awake for a while. I finally fell asleep around 4am - then the next I knew DGD was knocking on my bedroom door. and it was 8am!
    So we are running late.
I think its back to Nursery today,. I see school kids going past the door, so I think I must get a move on and get her sorted.!

I will ask the housing for an email address and send the photos to them I think.
See what they say, and also the Rubbish people?Enviromental health too? See who will help me with the razors etc etc.
Right better get a move on.
Feel very tired, and very sluggish and a bit achey. Thats from not getting to relax enough and getting up in the night so much.

DGD is at Nursery. Seems months since she last went! I know its only 3 weeks but gosh that seemed so long ago.
It even seems like a life time since our little holiday.!
I have a couple of hours of peace. Now I am going to take a dining room chair upstairs and get an hour in my work room. I hope.
    Have several jobs to do.
Including a few telephone calls, but decided I will wait until the 9am rush is over.

Hope you got on OK with the phone calls today and we can look forward to seeing an update saying people are actually working to clear that horrid stuff from the garden!

Sorry you had such a bad night. When I can't sleep I count from 1-20 and back again, then 21-40 and back to 1 & I have never got as far as 41-60 and back :rotfl: It stops you thinking about things that might keep you awake IYSWIM :D

Hope you had fun in the workroom and have some new things to show us soon.

Hi, well nobody got back to me today. So its a case of ringing again tomorrow and shouting louder. That was the housing and the enviromental health.
I will send pictures to my solicitor and ask him to write to the housing and say that its not suitable.
We will just have to see.
I have made 4 out of 6 turkey Saddles for E.E. today, and the 2out of 6 are nearly finished, just need the binding.
My BF turned up at lunchtime to collect his wallet I had in my handbag from the weekend, so we had some time together, meaning the sewing went on the back foot.
This evening I will do some more. If I feel up to it.
