Chuffed to pieces as we did find loads of stuff to clear
6 bags of confidential waste to go
2 carrier bags and a plastic box for the local church
1 box of sharps to go somewhere (from when I had gestational diabetes. I wonder if the doctors will take them.
2 notebooks to go to a friend.
Some papers to go in the post
Tesco clubcard vouchers which may be unused as I appear to have put them aside for National Geographic magazine. Just need £3 more as it has gone up.
My cupboard looks great.
DH is nearly ready to vacuum throughout.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

If the doctor's don't take them, your local council should be able to collect them (I work for our local council and they collect in this area)
Everyone seems to be doing really well! I managed to find 20 items yesterday and a bit more today.

a piece of cardboard, an odd glove(?), 2 old calendars (after scanning pics onto computer), an envelope, a pizza leaflet, 8 newspapers and 2 magazines - recycling
21 items - charity shopWeight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Well done! Isn't it a great feeling? It's amazing for us that we can now walk around our bed without falling over things, lol, and maybe by the time any of my family visit again, I may feel brave enough to leave the bedroom door open!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

More tidying for me today - finally found a jumper I'd been looking for for ages
Just been a bit naughty and dipped into my ebay money to buy ones of these beauty boxes to keep my nail stuff in http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130419482334&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_2389wt_1141 - it's a bit pricey but the 2 overflowing boxes of nail stuff by the sofa have been driving me mad so it's an investment in decluttering!
OH has been away this weekend and is back tomorrow, I'm tempted to de-clutter his ugly ornaments from on top of the fireplace (some chinese ones, a couple of buddas, a dragon and a ethnicy looking wooden man on a surfboard ) into a box and put it on top of the wardrobe. Aswell as being ugly their are too many of them for the small fireplace so it looks really cluttered and will have to go sooner or later as when we redecorate the tv will be going above the fireplace. Hopefully he will see how much better it looks and not be upset that I've banished his ornaments!0 -

60 one walkman to cs

Decluttered the printer today, also found in the 'IT' drawer another cable Dad needed that OH knew he had but couldn't find, Dad said not to worry he'd buy 1 till he got to the shopand it was £20!
Also found the last box of christmas choccies that went as a pressie for Mum as she has been helping out with the new kitchen.

Hello all can I join you?? Need the motivation to get in gear and sort out the clutter!! Our house is just a magnet for all kind of clutter and junk!! We have 4 kiddies at the mo (no5 due in april) So we have to much stuff that we dont need and I really need to sort it out - I also keep to much stuff!! The kiddies clothes are a nightmare for me I always want to keep things that are good still for the next one but we just DO NOT have the room so need to Ebay loads.
I suffer from SPD though so finding things harder at the mo so cant do to much at once. Sounds a good idea to try and get rid of 100 things in 10 days?? Will give it a goI really need to get the spare room sorted asap as ds needs to move into it and want him to move out of our room awhile before this baby comes so he doesnt think he is getting pushed out by baby?!? So want the room ready by end of Feb really...
