    Hello all

this week I've got rid of the usual rubbish & recycling and also a highchair to a local charity for families in crisis with small children. I also (last week) sold lots of items at the NCT nearly new sale. Of the stuff I brought back unsold a load has been sorted for teh next appropriate charity bag and some put back in garage loft for the next sale.

I've just sorted 2 bin bags of clothes for cash-4-clothes collection. I've used them once before and they were ok - I know some have found them not to be, though. Hopefully they'll be collected on Saturday.

I've also started sorting through DS3's toys and putting some to one side ready to clean and box up for the pre-Xmas NCT sale :)

House is still a major tip though......

    In

    Tshirt
    Jacket
    Jumper
    Six books
    Another two books borrowed

    Out

    Two Ebay parcels

    Pending Out

I WILL take the charity bag tomorrow!

Oh dear, the clutter seems to be increasing exponentially. I've got loads coming in to the house and hardly anything leaving! Think it is because I am trying to concentrate more on healthy eating and exercise, so I have dropped the decluttering 'ball'!

OH is going to build a cupboard, once he has obtained the wood... Meanwhile stuff that is meant to go in this cupboard is strewn around the living room, kitchen, pantry and spare room. I am currently not very impressed with the state of the house!
  • Oh Im cluttering up again!!!
    Help!!

Out has been 10 packages for ebay

Nothing much has come in, but things have leapt out of cupboards and been left in hallways.

    I shall declutter again!

OH brought a box of books from his parents, oh just what we need.

I shall do a declutter challenge and I shall update my sig now, as its the first of July, to spur me on.

Go me and the good intentions!!

The place is a bl**dy tip too, hope I can sort that while I am on.
    Trying to shift that debt!

I've been a bit slack on both updates and decluttering recently. I'm currently marking GCSE Maths papers online so I'm spending a lot of time sat on my backside with my laptop so not much is getting done around the house. The deadline for marking is 9th July and I should have them finished before then so can crack on.

OH took a load of stuff from the garage to the tip last Saturday - mainly stuff from when we stripped out the built in bed in the spare room plus a few other bits.
I've just finished a 3 tier nappy cake order today so that's used up some of my supplies, and will be delivered tomorrow.
I became a Vie at Home Consultant at the beginning of June so I've had quite a few ins of kit bag, catalogues and some bits I've ordered for me which I'm finding homes for - it's times like these that I wish the spare room was not a useless shell!
OH has sold a load more Blu-Rays so they've all been posted off today and I've posted 3 more ebay parcels today too. I sold my old laptop too which went on Monday yay :)
I have a massive ironing pile that's built up whilst I've been marking grrrr, but as the girls will be at their dad's this weekend I should hopefully make a start on it.
We have LOTS of outs money wise this month so hopefully that will cut down on any ins as we won't be spending!

Weesmiler - I get excited about the recycling bin being emptied too lol, can't wait for them to come on Tuesday so I can start filling it up again :)

So glad I'm not the only one cat04!

I moved into my house 4 weeks ago, and that's me finally got rid of all the cardboard boxes that were cluttering up the place!

And I bribed a friend of mine to cut the grass, which hasn't been touched for about 2 months, all it cost me was a Chinese takeaway :T (I hate gardening)

I think i'm going to take the plunge and sell a lot of my craft stuff on ebay...

Off to watch the tennis :j

    Weesmiler xx

  • Had a half day and did out the cupboard of despair... found 4 wetsuits, a broken laptop, some animal hides, all to ebay. Found some glasses to pass to DD1 for her new house, threw out a big black bag of mixed items, some signed photos of footballers to pass back to DD1. I am next going to go into DD2 bedroom and have a bit go at that.

Had a problematic ebay reponse to deal with, found a cat hair on a top which was advertised as worn and from a house with pets, and has complained as it has a cat hair on and has obviously been worn. Le sigh.

Today: In: New cat flap (postie woke me up at 1.15 to deliver it :(). Out: DH has already (I know!!!!!! :D) fitted it and the old one has gone :D.
Outs of bag of flour and food. I'm happy about the bag of flour because it's prompting me to pull my finger out and actually get on with it and use the darn stuff rather than paying for food to sit in my cupboards. I am going to start hunting out recipes for my bag of maize meal flour next. I am quite looking forward to tasting it :). I am writing the shopping list on my new (birthday pressie now opened as I've finished decorating the kitchen) blackboard. It's so much easier to have one in the kitchen too. Would really like a chalk pen though :).

I got rid of a lot of stuff at a carboot sale yesterday. I made back my float plus about £10 extra. I did have to bring a bit of it back home (mainly clothes/books) so that will head back to the charity shop tomorrow.

My OH was soo happy to see that I was finally tackling my clutter lol.
