i started decluttering a room at a time. i started in the shed, sold my old tools etc on a car boot, no problem, made myself a lovely potting shed to sow my seeds for this year. next was my sons room and mine , loads of stuff, but not all this sold at the car boot, so i moved it to my potting shed, now no room to pot. oh well come the warmer weather when people are around to buy i may get my seeds sorted for next year.0

Been really busy today and feeling very pleased with myself!
Ironing done and put away
3 loads of washing done and out on washing line (unfortunately that means I'll have an ironing pile again, lol!)
computer desk cleared of all clutter - binned/recycled
lounge unit cleared of clutter (mostly stuff which should be somewhere else, but some binned/recycled)
dead flowers put in garden waste bin
finished a large box of washing powder, and put box in recycling
took a box out of shed, containing old bathroom fittings, and binned them, as we won't use them again and they're too grotty to pass on
old mop - binned
paperwork shredded
fixed a keyring, a fridge magnet and an ornament, all of which have needed gluing for at least a couple of weeks!
Also my dad gave me a box of crockery to take to CS months ago, but they needed cleaning and have been in the shed, so I finally got around to washing it all today, and that is ready to go to CS, hopefully at the weekend.
At the moment my lounge is very tidy, nothing on the chairs and nothing on the dining table that shouldn't be there, yay! The kitchen looks like a bomb has hit it though, must get that sorted now, and then make a start on some dinner before OH gets home.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Well, over the past week I have sold some bits on Ebay, my first time for about a year, so that has decluttered about 20 items, and brought in some cash which I needed for some essential bits and pieces.
I dropped 8 bags of clothing at the clothes recycling bin after school today, combined that with the school run to reduce costs.0 -
Been a woman on a mission today
2 Ebay parcels posted
Emptied wardrobe, sorted into may wear if I can lose a stone, wouldn't wear no matter what
After that sorted into CS or Ebay piles, 25 items in the Ebay parcel pile so will get listing over the next day or so

Woo hoo well done everyone - loads of recycling/ebaying/charity shop donating going on
I have a couple of bags of charity shop stuff to remove from the stairs and hallway - get into the car boot at least. Decluttered a costume ring today, it was far too big (the ringsize) unless I wore it on a toe!
I'm doing another declutter target as the last one really helped make a difference to the master bedroom. So I'm aiming to get rid of 40 things by Friday - so that's roughly 10 a day. I reckon at the end of that the master bedroom will be done/sorted.
Keep going everyone - just think of all the lovely time we'll be able to spend relaxing soon and in the summer months - sitting in lovely decluttered homes :ADeclutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Time is going so fast at the moment and I seem to be really busy but I have made some progress decluttering.
Out:- 2 books sold on Green Metropolis posted and so 2 envelopes from saved packaging materials out too (and a few pounds in!)
- A bin full of catalogues and magazines read, finished with, and recycled.
- The bag and box of bric-a-brac my mum gave me for theatre fundraiser taken to theatre.
- 5 books, 1 mug, 2 3D puzzles (one in a massive box) and 2 kiddies things added to the bag from our house so 10 things out there.
- Tidied the ground floor really well on Sunday, haven't had any guests since Christmas and have hardly been in so dining room has become a dumping ground - some recycling, some stuff put away.
- Got rid of my floordrobe too!
- Reduced paper stash by doing lots of printing for our music group, although this will need replacing at some point.
In:- OH spotted something he wanted in the bric-a-brac at the theatre, but it will go in the garage!
- Some stuff for our music group - won't be staying for long though
- More embroidery threads.
I'm so pleased that everyone is doing so well and wow to all the CSing and ebaying (I didn't make it onto a computer at all on Sunday and so didn't get to list anything this time)

Will be decluttering the old dining table on Friday as my brother is taking it for firewood, he's also taking a chair!
Will be back on the decluttering with avengance (sp) next week as this week I'm decluttering food!0 -
Apart from my major plans for paperwork and clothes, I think my small target for this week will be the drawers in the coffee table in the front room - again an area that we will not see any difference once its done, but at least we will have a bit more storage space.
Yesterday I:
* posted my paycare claim (£45.50 - dentist fees)
* posted 2 cards and copies of wedding photos to a friend and relative (that I have been meaning to do for ages)
Must sort washing out when I get home and make sure dining room table is clear for DH for tomorrow as he is working from home and will need to spread all his paperwork out. (Not much to move, just a couple of plastic bags and a tray of HIS tools).
More things out of the freezer today so that is emptying nicely too.Mortgage Free x 1 03.11.2012 - House rented out Feb 2016
