DS at Dad's this weekend so my challenge will be to make enough room in the spare room to put my wardrobe (this will house DS's clothes - not enough room in his bedroom for a wardrobe unfortunately) which in turn will make enough room for 2 wardrobes in my bedroom - I'm sick of not having enough room for our clothes and always having to decant into underbed storage. That is the plan at least :AHave nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.

Not been here for a while. However have managed a small amount of decluttering.
Out to CS/down to the cellar:
Twelve fridge magnets.
A kitchen roll holder.
Three dvds.
One book.
I've also cleaned and decluttered my locker at work.Does that count?!It means that I have brought home five pens...:o0 -
I worked with DD (aged 8) on her bedroom 2 nights in a row. 2 massive bags of games and toys to charity, a few empty china doll boxes and a build a bear box in recycling, and a small carrier bag of broken toys and rubbish in the bin. All shelves dusted and remaining toys put back nicely. Looks soooo much better! We have a few more boxes to go through but as have friends coming tonight are going to leave it til next week. Am so proud of her, she really was good at giving things away she no longer played with
. A bit too good - I saved about 4 toys for her future sibling!
OH and I have moved all storage boxes from dining room where they were put when loft work was started to the spare storage room in loft. We emptied a few boxes and recycled them. Dining room floor hoovered and mopped, dining room table cleared of paperwork - now looks like home again! Still lots more to declutter, but at least our living space is once again relaxing :jMortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89

Evening all,
Who's up for a challenge this weekend? Shall we try and be even more brutal? How about getting rid of 40 things this weekend - just 20 things a day?
I will focus on the master bedroom - I'll be back to report on progress later.Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Hello
Have cleaned out under the stairs, managed to get rid of some stuff. We have sold one of our tents for a good price, but will be replacing it with a smaller model. Will try and do the other understairs cupboard this weekend, but this will be a tidy rather than decluttering mission.
Have a great weekend.

Yep, put me down for this please. I've got all day tomorrow to do it; got visitors on Sunday, but in the general mad panic of trying to get the house fit for visitors I'm sure I'll find another 40 things!
Will post progress Sunday pm.Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing
