I bet Damon is in a fit of rage this morning after reading the reviews on Trust Pilot, good to see the truth finally coming out.
What goes around comes around I always say!0 -
There are several negative reviews on Trustpilot at the moment, once has already been reported. I wonder how long it will be before the others are removed? I hate it when companies try to get away with shoddy service and threaten or intimidate anyone who speaks out against them. Let the truth prevail - whether good or bad.0

I believe these to be dubious in order to push the neg one's further down the page.0 -

The sad thing in all this is if the idiot owner had stopped treating his company like some sort of SEO Opt-in trashware and treated it more like a homebrew store he could have had a good business.
For those that don't quite understand, the whole seo trashware business is built on the ethos that if a customer has bought something from you once they will do so again. They usually have constant sales, with a timer ticking down to make you purchase NOW! or miss the discount. They usually have several websites, all created to feed people from one to the other, trying to build trust and funnel them to the opt-in or/and purchase and checkout.
Problem is, although they are often good at giving the illusion of making money fast, they never really grasp the concept that bricks and mortar or/and fast delivery build customer trust for their shop front. They tout companies like amazon, claiming if they can do it anyone can. They totally ignore the fact that amazon carry HUGE amounts of stock most of which just lies around doing nothing in order to create the trust level they have got with the general consumer.
Treating the consumer to the delights of this companies general mailshots that state "We have never been about fast delivery" (no this wasn't a reply to a complaint, they just decided to spontaniously send that to everyone on their list!?!) is nothing short of stupid. To keep changing peoples deviery dates every few days is nothing short of stupid. To keep promoting sales when you have a load of customers who have been waiting for a very long time for their stuff is nothing short of stupid.
Basically, the owner acts nothing short of stupid and needs to get off his bum and sort this mess out while he still has a company instead of running stupid promotions and playing with SEO stuff.0 -
