    I'm on working day 20.

For some reason they've stopped responding to my (continual) refund requests.... :rotfl:

Some of the counter reviews on trustpilot are laughable.

Seems Mr Parsons is as good a story teller as JK rowling ;)
  • It does show how far he and his company are willing to go to try and pull the wool over people's eyes.

I wish this thread had existed prior to my order.

It is a shame as their homebrew forum is pretty good but I'll no longer support it that's for sure. Guess I'll head over to Jim's in future.

I just fail to understand how the forum has any following from people.

See that a new 1* review has gone on TP, still waiting to get mine on
  • I wonder if the local press have heard about this unscrupulous company...?

Maybe it would make an interesting article for the readers of the Southend Standard and The Echo?

The story of an honest trader in hard times being hounded by corrupt and morally bankrupt fully paying members of the public. :p

The one that's edited is a positive one
  • Still can't add mine as it still asks me for a verification code.

Am I missing something obvious I need to do?

If you contact Trustpilot with your order no and cut & paste your order from your online homebrew account they will email you a code.Well thats what they done for me.

Also I think the ones that are deleted (reviews) are 5 star ones that people have reported as fake, so those posts will be investigated.

I was also thinking today that as they run promotions one after the other, with each promotion usually set at the first 400 customers then over a 12 week period that's 4800 paying people. Now If a vast amount of these people were happy(as they like to portray) and had codes to leave a review then how have they only 400 odd reviews, you would think it would be in the thousands.

People are even moaning on their forum now about delivery etc, plus posted links for here and truspilot.
No doubt they will be deleted in the morning and all posters banned :rotfl::rotfl:
