Essex Lad, What I do now with Trustpilot is see if it will allow me to leave a review myself. I do not leave them, I just see if it will let me.

Of if will then I will put it as genuine.

    On a side note...

I read today about the fact that the ASA is allowed to rule over companies who falsely claim something on their twitter, facebook ect.

Should we not be reporting some of the many posts this company had made to the ASA? You know the ones like "our opponents are running a campaign against us" ect which are clearly not true and just advertising lies to try to pull back some of the bad press.

Maybe if only to say sorry for wasting peoples time.

Still not sure whats going on with TP, Kasper emailed me last week asking for my phone number which I sent him but he has not called .
Have they asked any of you guys for your number?

Yes I also got that E-mail and sent them my number, still no call back.

I have sent them screenshots of my order with the order number and message chain history but if I’m honest I don’t have anytime for TrustPilot now. The way their whole site works is a joke, Damon's outfit has been rumbled for rigging reviews but who knows how many others are at it, they need to change the whole site in general so reviews cannot be removed by customers who have a valid order number.

  • I got a call from TP last week ( does that make me special ? :p ) Basically he asked a few questions confirming it was my account. I dont think it helped when I told him that the day previous I'd received my refund from BIY.
  • I've seen a couple of tweets this week promoting their forum, one from @brainballs and one from @greenwall33, both posted previously about their bad service. Especially @brainballs who was quite active against their tweets.
  • Yeah, they dont have the Twitter feed on their homepage now. Cover up as much as you can, while you can !
