    Got to love their Tweets:

@HomeBrew2012 If you are a genuine customer stop hiding your identity so we can help. What you tweet is liable and will get you into trouble

This one is also very good:

@HomeBrew2012 stop the abuse and contact us by the appropriate method if you have a genuine problem so we can investigate.

What a bunch of mugs, I think they will be in more trouble for taking peoples money and not sending the goods somehow rather than someone posting a Tweet in the internet.

I ordered from one of their other websites "the-online-homebrew-company" which if you ask me the name is far to close to other shops that don't have a reputation as they do.

It's been 2 weeks and the usual story, all items did and still do say that they are in stock, example St Peters Ruby Red. But they still have not dispatched anything of my order even though they said they would split and send the items that were in stock.

Only 1 more week before I can initiate a claim back via my bank. Hopefully I'll see my money back.

Only Facebook left then, not sure they can remove a recommendation comment as mines still there.

Yes sucks really, found these reviews the day after I ordered. You can imagine my heart sinking, my jaw dropping and my bottom squeaking as I was reading.

That sounds like a good idea and maybe a mock site on trustpilot of this company. Not sure on the legality of pretending to be a company so that honest reviews can be added??

If you are on Twitter I would add them and send them a message or 50 asking for your goods/money. As already stated in their Tweets they are more than happy to help if you have an issue......................................................

What a surprise, my delivery date has arrived the 6th March so like an excited school kid waiting for that essential part to start his new hobby. I checked my account to see the despatch date has gone back 3 days to 9th March.... that'll be 3 weeks since I ordered.
