  • Echoing the above posting, I also placed an order just short of £250 in mid December. To be honest I forgot about it for a few weeks, but recently have been receiving numerous emails giving predicted dates of dispatch, only for it to be delayed again a few days later.

I don't think the company are necessarily dishonest though. I received the bulk of the order today, with the final three items apparently due to be dispatched next week.

Dishonest, advertising items are in stock and usually dispatched in 24hrs when they clearly are not, to me that is Dishonest. To take money from your account before items are dispatched is borderline theft, and to make people wait months for refunds with some not even getting refunded is theft.

Glad you got something anyhow, but how can waiting 2 1/2 months to complete an order in any way be acceptable. In this day and age things that are stated as in stock should take no longer than a week to arrive.
Flaming carrier pigeon or horse and cart would be quicker.
  • Have you seen their latest tweet ?

It's all a set up, a competitor is spreading lies about them!

I just replied to that tweet. I actually got a response from OLHB. They said to stop giving them abuse and to use their online help system to contact them. They said they want to help me but don't have a crystal ball.

Ha hahahaha !!! Online `help' system. What a joke.

I contact them on their website every day but just get a generic response every day saying they are a small company so be patient. They don't even answer my question. I am not asking about a delivery, I'm asking about where my refund is.

On there website they bang on about how they are the biggest, cheapest and best. So why are they suddenly a small company when I want my money back?

Mr.Everready I enjoy reading your tweets along with shelter helper's. There are getting more tweeters attacking them each time I look. Is that wrong of me to enjoy your tweets? Strangely addictive and funny. Hope you get your refund back though.

I'm not singing their praises, just making a factual report to show that they are still honouring their orders, albeit belatedly.

Their prices are certainly very cheap for beer kits, and I am in no particular rush for mine as I always plan ahead and keep a good stock in reserve.

They did NOT honour My order
Cheap Is only good value if you actually get the goods.
I ordered 10th Jan They took £80 12th Jan and continually promised delivery ,pushing back the dates...
There is no honour in this.
I ordered from another site who delivered within 48 hours
They have no customer service, merely an automated service, the same service that keeps spewing special offer emails.
So note todays date 25th Feb and NOTHING
OMAR Little I question you ??!

OMAR I have read your post
I ordered "in stock" goods which they said would be shipped withind a couple of days.
they then said they were "in transit from the main warehouse"
every time the dispatch date was due they changed it to "in transit.....
Honouring orders ! surely that means what their website says ,dispatch from goods in stock within....
    They didn't
    They haven't
Which is why so many folk here have been so angered.
Please don't seek to justify such dreadful service.
If I had recieved an email which said we are experiencing difficulties at the moment ,please bear with us.
I would have been patient,Times are tough but this company treated all of us disgracefully :mad::mad:
Your attempts to defend them are at best odd
    at worst questionable.!
