Rather a silly thing to say. I for one only sell what I have in stock and think that most sellers on here are exactly the same.Lifes a !!!!! and then you marry one:D0 -

I was given a neutral & a neg last Christmas because things were lost. Neither buyer let me know first, so I didn't have chance to look into it and refund. Just waiting to see if it happens again thid winter.0

Thats a good point. If the seller does not respond it shows a lack of customer care. I solve most problems as soon as I can. Its the customers that contact paypal and put a claim in to them for non receipt and have not contacted me.
Plus i have just got a negative from a customer that says he always leaves negatives to get the seller to act then he will change the negative when the seller (me) has either refunded or the goods turn up. Not fair after only 10 days and that includes the Xmas break which where counted as non working days.:mad:Lifes a !!!!! and then you marry one:D0 -
I had a message from buyer politely asking where her item was on Christmas Eve. It had been posted on the 13th of December. I nervously typed back a mesage asking her to wait til the end of this week - it arrived today, from Bournemouth to Liverpool!
Other items posted on the same day arrived the following day!
Better than the last time I asked someone to wait- message on Saturday night, case opened Monday morning!0 -
Any evidence or just a general "feeling"? Or because you got one arsey punter?
I have recieved positive feed back in several cases but when i go and track them they still come up as not arrived.
This is due to one arsey buyer so i checked all my tracked items regardless to if i had recieved feedback or not. that how i discovered the issue"Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0 -
Just had one nice customer who has said no probs they are away at moment and won't be back till mid January. If item is not there when they get home can they have a refund, no probs at all.Lifes a !!!!! and then you marry one:D0
