Couldnt see any improvement in out house so guess it wasnt her. Hubby making a right racket dd pulled the pole off the wall that holds the shower together. just cost 54 to replace the whole bit as you cant but that bit for that one no more. bloody pain.
Teenagers i so glad mine out of those years now think i would have a nervous breakdown coping with debts and teenagers:o

  • My lass passed her driving test today :j. I am so chuffed with her. She's only 17 :D. Cost me £75 mind you to put her on the insurance for 20 days  and that's with a £500 compulsory excess . She's away out tonight with her boyfriend and I am sick .

I've spent loads today. I was at ALDI this morning and spent £10. Got some kiddy chocs for Christmas with that and £98 in ASDA tonight. I actually only went in for a couple of things . Daft move to go in hungry and also take DD :p.Never mind for once in my life I have it to spend. I put the insurance onto my card but my mum gave DD £100 towards her insurance so I will just pay it straight off of it. Shattered tonight and was so tired last night I just couldnt even come on comp :o. So a flying visit for me and I'll catch up later xx

  • :rotfl:@ Amber with the weight.

Good Morning:D. Fabulous sleep last night. Went to bed and had 9 hours straight. Magic. I am so looking forward to today. I am off to see Dirty Dancing with my mum and apparently it is amazing. One of my favourite films so I cant wait to see the stage show. It is freezing , freezing, freezing here today. Ice all over the cars and there's snow on the hills  Brrrr. Went to see the local fireworks display with ds and a friends and their kids last night and was frozen to the marrow. Was fun though and a hot cuppa sorted me out when we got home.

I paid off the £75 I put on my cc card for the insurance and another couple of pounds extra. If any more maintenace goes into my account then I will pay £50 into account to pay all bills up to end of month and the rest will be paid from the Christmas CC card. I am determined not to be in further debt to cc cards by Christmas. I'm not overpaying anything which may add a month to my snowball but I dont care as I will not be increasing my debt in any way. If I hadn't added money then I would be in the £15k's but I will wait until I get it under that then get excited about it :D. I think getting into the £15's was one of the targets I set myself for this year.

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend like me this week. Not good for the diet mind you but very good for the soul :p. I'll report back on dirty dancing tonight as it is the matinee I am going to :D

  • Dirty dancing was fab-u-lous :D. Worth every penny I paid for it. Before we went in though mum had a fall and it was a bit scary. She keeps doing this to me and I really struggle to lift her as she just turns into a dead weight when she goes down and I'm just 5'3 so it's impossible for me. I managed to move her into a sitting position on the pavement and then like an angel a woman who was a nurse came and helped me lift her into her chair :D. I dont think she is too well at the minute so I really need to keep a wee eye on her.

Spent £15 whilst out so that's not too bad. £6 for DS haircut and £2 for buses so not too bad. Another nice day out tomorrow but it may be quite expensive. I'll try my best not to let it be :p
