My staff will still be in the same building as me but will be spread about. Some will come to my new team I wonder if I can pick who I want. I tell you about 3 folks from my team take up all my time. THe rest of them just jog along nicely.

Yes I just weighed myself there now - went out to the car to get the scales (in my slippers forgetting it had snowed! ouchie cold!!) Im mortified by my weight - but I will tell you cos its the only way I will learn and want to change! 22.58lbs - which is 16 stone!!! Really bad!!Life is what you make it.0

Well Im borderline 13st at the moment. I weighed less when 9 months pregnant! There is so much to deal with in life that eating well and excecise always fall by the way side.:j0
-
that should have read as 225.8lbs btw lol Im sure you all knew that anyway! ahhh what I would give to be 13 stone again. The doctor always warned me my new medication would make me gain weight but certainly wasnt expecting over a stone in 6 months!!Life is what you make it.0

well we've all done it now. If it's any consolation wee I am heavier than you. I am loads older mind you. I could be your mum . KP that's not that bad. I would love to weigh that lol but then again anything below 15 and I would be thrilled. Right that's it. Let's go for it. Even a 1lb a week would be 3st 10lbs in a year and how good would that feel?
I bought the shape up game for kinect at CHristmas so I'll get DS to set that up for me and start getting up earlier and do some form of exercise. Jeez I get a rash just saying that word :rotfl:. Good luck girls xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

I guess it doesnt sound too bad but I am a shorty and was a lucky moo that I was stick thin until kids. Its since I started driving and the audit role that its gotten out of control. Just feel rubbish and even my OH has commented. I could always hide my tummy with my big boobs but that ended a while back
!
A lb a week sounds great but I need to think of a plan I can stick to. SW and gym didnt help last year.:j0 -
Well girls I NEED to do this weight thing now as I have had a big fright today. I was getting chest pains on and off all day coming from my back through to the front and twice I thought I was going to faint. I kept going as once it got to the stage I thought ow ow ow it would go away and I forgot about it. I said to the first aid officer who sits beside me 'if I drop to the floor then I'm having a heart attack' but of course I laughed it off. On way home I said to my niece that my chest was killing me and I was struggling to breathe. I phoned NHS24 after dinner for advice and the sent an ambulance to take me to hospital :eek:. Was there for nearly 4 hours attached to heart monitors, bloods done, chest x-ray, the lot. Thank god not my heart ( which I didn't really think it was) but I have some sort of infection going on. Home with painkillers and antibiotics. Was so embarrassing going in ambulance and I was in the horrors in case I had to be lifted out. The poor ambulance guys would have got a hernia. Luckily I was allowed to walk as ECG was normal. So, Big scare for me and I need to sort myself out as my health is being affected more and more by this and my poor kids were scared tonight. Not fair to put them through that. So tomorrow I am on it 100% and no messing about from now on.
So to the money £6 for lunches. I took food, drink etc in with me so no cost for me today :j. I have taken the whole week's lunch money off of my food budget and I now have £177.41 for the rest of the month. Sounds quite a lot but £60 of that will be for lunches until end of the month . this will leave me with £117.41 for 2 weeks shopping. Sweet :rotfl:WIll need it though as I will be buying fresh meat, fruit, veggies etc and going for it weight wise as I never want to have to worry like that again. Hope you are good xx5 Year plan. wow scary night for you MIT - hope your ok? Make sure you don't rush to start the weight loss and make sure your back to full health!!
Thats a decent budget for fresh food - ours arrived on Saturday from asda delivery £34 for the two of us for the week and hoping to only do £20 next week as alot of the packets of veg I bought should hopefully stretch to two weeks if I can - the only difference now being extra stuff for HM work lunch!
Again hope your feeling ok xLife is what you make it.0 -
I'm fine ty weeclick. Bloody sore but got strong pain killers and hopefully they will kick in soon and let me get some sleep. My budget is pretty decent but I also have 2 teenagers to feed who I am sure actually inhale food rather than eat it. Quite often pals round for dinner too as they all love the fact that I actually cook and dont just heat up lol. It's amazing how many kids dont ever get homemade food. I made mash one night for DD's boyfriend and he asked me if it was from a packet as he wanted his mum to get it. I was stunned. My kids would just turn their nose up at packet potatoes lol. I'm not being all virtuous as we do have some frozen food i.e fish fingers tonight and always pizzas in the freezer but overall I usually cook from scratch. Much tastier and you know what you are eating. GOing to head to bed and read some more of the lovely Gok Wan book dd bought me for Christmas5 Year plan. Damn damn damn it. JUst got my argos bill in and was £688.86. I had thought it was about £500 so nearly £200 more than I thought.:mad:. SO angry at myself. When I go off the rails I really go off them. I cant even remember what I bought other than a hoover so that just shows that nothing was really important and I just spent nearly £700 on unimportant 'stuff'. £67.97 of it is normal credit so I need to get rid of that before 31st Jan so no interest kicks in. Really annoying that I have already paid £95 but they put that towards an interest free plan. Thieving gits . WEll no way are they getting 1p of interest out of me. Even if we dont eat that money will be paid.
Haven't gone to work today as DS and DD were worried about me going. Really glad I didn't as been throwing up.I have remembered why I do not take co-codamol lol as they are too strong for me and make me really sick. Ho hum.
£6 for lunches again today and an additional £1 for DD as she has supported study tonight and needs to pay her bus fare. She has her Higher prelims in a month so major studying kicking in now. SHe did an assessment for her English last week and got 83% so I am well proud of her. SHe seems determined to do as well as she can in these exams as I have promised her that if she gets good results then she can choose fluffy subjects in 6th year and just enjoy herself as the pressure will be off. Strangely she has said that she might do some advanced highers so I am well impressed with her mature attitude to this.
Going to really take it easy today. I have been banned from my mums as I have an infection and even a small infection would be major to her and could ultimately kill her so I'll stay away until tomorrow night at the very earliest. DIet starting well as feel too yuk to eat. Feeling a bit pathetic and sorry for myself today lol.5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
