lol it might be a slow jog Nonnie but I'll get there.
I got right back on the proverbial wagon again today. Weighed myself this morning and looks like another wee pound has sneaked on. I have until Thursday to get it off befoe I go to my slimming club. I walked for 55 minutes tonight whilst DS was at Tae Kwon Do and at least 35 minutes of that was uphill . Feet are sore nowbut it'll all be worth it I'm sure in the end. Only spent lunch money for the kids today and train fare for DS but I spent nothing and took lunch etc from home. DS has a trip tomorrow so I will have to jump down to the bank in the morning nad get some money for him as child benefit will be in by then. I can't give him any less than £20 . Wee soul says if he has change he will bring it home to me
. Payday on Thursday but unfortunately I am on strike then too so that'll be a days pay lost next month. I would never break a strike, I would rather starve. Now, hmm that just might happen next month :rotfl:. We'll see.

Still on the straight and narrow
. Still no money from CSA
. That's 7 weeks owing to me now. It's really becoming farcical to be honest. Other than £20 to my son today I have spent nothing
. Took food from house and had mince in freezer for dinner. Not quite sure what we will have tomorrow. I think we have sausages and ...........nope that's all . So I reckon we will have sausages :rotfl:.
I stop work on Friday for 2 weeks :j:j. I cannot wait. Kids finish up in school too so I intend to go some nice walks etc, weather permitting and if we can handle it we might do a part of the west Highland way. I'll see how fit we feel.
DS brought £8.50 change home today from his tripBless. I have allowed him to keep it as he is going to McD's with his school friends on Thursday so that will pay for that. I always think woohoo when it ocmes to holidays as it saves me £30 per week in school lunches but tbh my shopping bill increases and I am forever dishing out money for swimming etc etc. so I am not going to get excited about all this supposed extra cash.
The sun is out here at last but still dampish so no grass cut yet. Poor DD is sick so she is totally miserable lying on couch with sore throat and head.
I have just managed to scrape together the ingredients to make a chocolate fudge cake. I have been cracking the whip at work to reach our end of month targets before we go on strike and promised I would bake. Bribery usually works :rotfl:.5 Year plan. :j:jPayday. Or should I say pay away day :rotfl:.
Paid back £50 I owed to mum and paid the £80 I used from my cc plus an extra £20. I actually received £125 from CSA so only actually £25 from my wages used. Met a friend in Glasgow for lunch and she insisted on paying for my lunch. Bought some trousers for DS and some tops for DD but was only £24 as was from Primani. I got a fab top from Wallis for the bargainous price of £10 which made me very happy. I then spent £121.28 on groceries. Very exciting to have food :rotfl:.
DD was away for a driving lesson tonight with my ex's girlfriend who is a driving instructor. When he was bringing her home he took her out to his brand new car . He then told her he had a new steady job, with fabulous wages and he would be stepping up to the plate as a father. He has apparently already been in touch with the CSA to arrange an increase in his maintenance payments , he is giving her money for her uniform  and she was to ask anytime if she needs cash as he is really sorry for not being there financially for us. Will I hold ny breath? Nah I don't htink so lol but OMG wouldn't it be fab? Oh and he is buying her a car when she passes her test. Bit of a turnaround from the ,am who cannot even pay his fiver a week :rotfl:. I'll keep you posted!!5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

OMG!! Right enough Sea. I'll believe it when I have the cash in my bank
. I just hope he doesn't let my DD down again or I may end up in the jail :rotfl:.
Stopped work today for 2 whole weeks :j:j:j. I am so happy:D:D. Going to celebrate tonight by halfing with my DD for a pizza. I do like the high life
.
Ordered DS's suit today for his Tae Kwon Do, £37 . I've made him wait ages for it though so I really need to deliver this. I need to find £37 plus £25 for his classes £62 in total. Eek!!
Well I will earn £30 tomorrow for certain so that will almost pay for suit and I might get some extra work tomorrow and maybe another tenner. Whilst I'm off these 2 weeks I am sure I will get some extra cleaning work as well so I should hopefully be fine this month.

What a lovely sunshiney day
. Very rare sight in this part of the world. I actually managed to get some washing dried outside.
Was working this morning and earned £30. DD owed me £8. So I put £35 of petrol in car and bought a sweet and juice. Hopefully th epetrol will do me for over a week as I have no work this week so travelling will be loads less than usual. I was tempted to overpay my Tesco card again but really really do not want to end up as skint as I was last month so I am not going to. I still have a bill to get in from Argos for the strimmer I got last month so I need to be canny with the cash so I can pay that and stay solvent all month. I am still super motivated but just not wanting to be stupid about it. If I don't need petrol next week then I can pay the £25 I will earn from 2nd job off of Tesco card. I owe the total of £1551.67 to tesco and snowball says April for clearing it but I want it gone this year if possible. I'll keep doing the 100 day challenges and overpay on that. If I manage to complete this one then I will be 1 month less than that. I would need to pledge £600 for next challenge, approxinately, to enable this to happen. If ex OH comes through then this may just be possible. If not then I will work my butt off to try and do my best with it.
I hope everyone has had a nice day xxx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

I am a typical Gemini. I can never make up my mind :rotfl:. Been staring at my snowball again and decided to look and see what difference it would make if I paid £25 per week from my 2nd job. Sometimes I make £30 and sometimes £25. It takes 6 months off of my DFD . I than thought about the reason I started doing the second job and it was meant to be solely to overpay on my debt. If I do not start doing this then that money will quickly become part of my weekly budget and I cannot allow that to happen as the work is mainly seasonal so will not be there in the winter. So £25 paid to Tesco and unless I am mega skint then I will be paying it every week. Decision made :rotfl:.5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

:DGood morning good morning
. What a beautiful day it is here in sunny Scotland. I am going to wash, wash, and wash and no doubt tonight I will iron, iron, iron :rotfl:. Going to cut my grass as well as at last it is dry enough to cut. It's funny how when the sun shines everything seems great.
I was at my mum's yesterday and cleared out the cupboard under her sink. She is obsessed with having 'nice cloths' in her kitchen and insists they are chucked away if they get grey at all but I found 5 packets of new ones in that cupboard :rotfl:. In her defence she is pretty much chair bound so had no idea. I got a pack to bring home. I also found a new washing line so I took that too. I have made a length of it into skipping ropes and that is the new exercise I am going to take up starting today. If I can manage to do even 3 10 minute sessions in a day then that would be great as skipping is one of the best exercises out there.
I have chicken drummers defrosting for dinner so will marinade them later and make some cajun, barbecuey tasting chicken for dinner with some nice potatoes and veggies. Nom Nom. I have no intentions of spending any money today so hopefully that lasts. Have a lovely day everyone xx

he he I made DS cut the grass. He moaned and groaned the whole time but I have told him that this i snow his job and that I want it done every week
. I'm evil apparently :rotfl:. Bothered? Nah !
I have tidied up downstairs and run hoover round. Hung out 4 loads of wash and DD stripped all the beds. So that is definitely enough for today. I am not really a sunbather so I reckon I will just sit back with my feet up and watch a film and maybe have a wee Sunday afternoon snooze.
