Sorry your so tired and having trouble with the csa  ~But glad you found £20 in your account :j
This month is turning out to be hellish money wise...oh well only 11 days till pay day - I hate 5 week months!!!
Hope you have a good week!0 -
We're starving!! That's the cry from my kids this week :rotfl:. Rubbish lol what they mean is that there are no crisps, biscuits or cakes in the house. Doing the diet good
. Money is still a nightmare. I have had to borrow £50 from my mum to see me through the wedding tomorrow. I have £30 in my account but will need that for pressie. The £50 will be for drinks for 3 kids and me and for taxis. I'm working on Saturday and will get £25 for that so that will get me petrol. I have enough in my account to pay everything until end of the month so if I can manage through until Tuesday then I will be able to use the child benefit to buy some food. I need to get a hold on this money situation as it just isn't funny any more at all.
Damn just remembered I am having my hair done in moorning so that will be another £20 . Argh !!
Never mind at least I'll look good :rotfl:5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

hi folks. Well the wedding was fabulous. The ceremony was in a castle and it was lovely sunshine all the way. I felt great after losing 3.5 stones. Everything was just perfect. My mum gave me £50 and I have not to pay her back
and I had borrowed £50. Drink was free and flowing so only had to buy the kids a few drinks and £20 for a taxi home. So I did actually spend about £50. But hey it was worth all the worry and the money that I spent as it was perfect and my friend and her new hubby were so happy.
I actually have about £35 left to buy some food today so that is great news for us all :rotfl:. I did buy kids mcdonlads and chippy chips yesterday as I had the wine flu and could hardly move. I did do my cleaning job in the morning but was green by the time I was finished. I used the £25 from that for petrol so that should see me through the week now. So money wise things are not too bad. I need to pay my mum £50 back that I have borrowed and I used my credit card twice to the total of £79. Also spent £39.99 in Argos on a strimmer so I have a total of £170 to try and pay back from my wages. Hmmm. I will get some money from CSA whenever it decides to come through so I will use that to pay as much off of this as I can and then clear the rest so that the danage is nil to my finances. I will be pleased to have done that. I am going to start my spending diary again frm next month as I have not controlled things at all this month and it has completely stressed me out. So onwards and upwards is my cry .................again :rotfl:. xx

So pleased that you had a great time, bet you looked fab!!
Have to agree with you about this month, my spending has gone haywire and it certainly wasn't intentional, pay day on thursday - will get a grip by then......well it's also hubby's b/d and our wedding anniversary but we're going to a wee local restaurant so that shouldn't be too bad. My b/d is the following week and since I offically reached my true weight with the dukan diet today :j I want to go to pizza hut! Sad I know but I do love the ice cream factory!!
Anyway here's to a better month ahead
PS. Hubby has been away for the weekend on business and I absolutely take my hat off to single parents - my kids are great but honestly I will be soo glad to have him back tonight, you are truly fab doing the parenting and the money on your own :A0 -
So cold here. Rain is pouring down and I keep reading about how hot it is down south
. I can't even get my grass dry enough to get it cut . Really getting fed up of the rain now. I stop on Friday for 2 weeks so hopefully the sun will come out then.
Well done Nonnie on the weight :j. I am a wee bit off the rails just now but intend to jump back on track tomorrow. Although I loved the fact that I had lost all that weight there is still a ways to go and I want to lose some more. I stocked up today on food so no more excuses for me. Spent £29 in ASDA so considering I have not shopped for 2 weeks that's pretty good going.
Nonnie I'm so used to doing things myself now that I would probably find it hard if anyone else tried to help me. Sometimes I would just love someone to be the bad guy with the kids or run them about etc but hey ho this is the way it is for me and it's not that bad. I keep thinking that they will do well in life and look after me :rotfl:. Just kidding as I wouldn't let them even if they became millionaires.

Just been looking at the figures again and I am yet again shocked :eek:. I have paid out a total of £4575.60 since the beginning of the year to my debts but £1,155.71 of that has been interest :eek:. I am so dumb to allow this to happen. Well that is most definitely it. I am not halting until this lot has gone for good. £4.5k would have given my kids and I an amazing holiday. Even the £1,155 would have given us a great holiday. Instead my mum is paying for us to go to a caravan and although I am grateful for this I am disgusted at myself for being such a fool and letting things get so bad. I'm not feeling sorry for myself, far from it I am just so motivated to get moving on this again and every so often I need to remind myself why I put us through this hell. So I am not just motivated I am MOTIVATED :rotfl:, SO HANG ONTO MY COAT TAILS AND ENJOY THE RIDE XX5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
