Feeling Better !!
I thought I had better shout that as loud as my moaning was :rotfl:. Hi Nonnie. I am delighted that you dropped in , I love visitors. Being fed up is always a temporary thing for me as I am usually quite upbeat but I just couldn't see a way out this week. I have ended up borrowing £25 from my DD  how embarrassing is that ?? Never mind she is happy to wait until next week to get it back from me and as I said next week should be somewhat easier on me. I will have my usual £60 tax credits coming in , £33 child benefit needs to stay in account to cover bills, hopefully £25 from CSA and approx £100 part time earnings. I have a huge night out and my god-daughters birthday but I should manage okay and all will be well in my world again
.. Since paying off Argos at beginning of month I have not managed any overpayments but hey ho Argos was a biggie for me and I am sure I will still manage to do my 100 day challenge.

:jKnocked another month off of my DFD. I have overpaid by £99.46 so far on my snowball and although I am scarily skint this week I am still hopeful of overpaying more before end of the month.
My debt is at £18,848.83 for loans and CC's. I am well chuffed with that. Sad or what. Very exciting though when you see it going down. I love my snowball
My Virgin card is now more expensive each month as they have started taking £25 plus my normal payment off of me. I'm not that bothered as it is payment but I would rather have paid it off of my more expensive SONY account. Oh well I was left with no choice unfortunately so c'est la vie.
My dd is sitting her Highers ( equivalent of A levels) Her head is in the books constantly, wee soul. I feel really sorry for her but am proud of how hard she is working.5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Can you save your snowball or do you just have to input the details again? Well done on reducing it by one month
Virgin can be crafty bar stewards though because when they offer you a great monthly rate, they only take £25.00 per month which just about pays off the balance transfer fee and then the interest reverts back and they start taking normal amounts again which pretty much wipe out the interest tut tut tut they do annoy meJust keep swimming!0 -
lol they all annoy me. I have saved my snowball and just keep updating it. I get stupidly excited about it all5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

I feel for your daughter - mine is only in first year so I'm quite a wee bit from exams - although I'm not sure if it's worse for the parent or the child!! Good luck to her0

I was nervous over DD2 SATs I think Id be nightmare over proper exams.
Well done on the continued debt busting xx:j0 -
:j:j£80 from CSA in my account today. Paid back £25 to my DD that I owed her and that means I have enough in account to pay my Tesco minimum payment on Thursday:j:j
Was worried as I didn't have enough to cover it and might have ended up with some charges next month. All okay now though so I am happy happy. It leaves me with about £35 but I am not going to pay anything extra off of anything until after the weekend as I dont want to be short for my night out on Saturday as it has been planned for months ( I have even booked a hangover in :rotfl:). On the Saturday during the day we have the pipe band championships so that'll cost me too . Never mind at least I will have the funds to pay for everything now.
Went to visit my friend tonight. She is living in a caravan temporarily as she has left her husband. Just wanted to give her some support as I have walked that road. She is okay though albeit a bit shocked that she has done it. She has an amazing house though so mega decision to walk away.5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
