  • Herwego, Yes I should still have some money to make an overpayment. I have £106 on its way to my account from paypal. I also have the £75 from my savings. No other money now unfortunately as it seems to be running through my fingers like water just now. If MOT passes then I will have £140 left. Still have my mum's birthday but might manage that without dipping into this money. I also have a night out on 19th but £20 should cover that hopefully. I have £320 left of ARGOS to try and pay before 19th APRIL so I might be tempted to just pay it off of that and make a right good inroads into it. I have never completed a challenge on here so would totally love to complete this one :D. I have DD's birthday on 20th April though so it might be just too much for me. We'll see.

KP it is hilarious when DS tidies up as he just bundles everything up into a big pile and then is all chuffed thinking it is done until I go in and burst his bubble:rotfl:.

Loads of parcels to wrap tonight and I am knackered after Zumba :rotfl:. Going to do them just now and then that's it over an ddone with and I can get to PO tomorrow and get them away. Ate a bar of chocolate tonight :o. That was sensible huh and then went and nearly killed myself doing exercises.

  • Jeez I can't get on my snowball and I want to update :(.

Had a half day flexi today and took my mum to a hospital appointment. We then went to one of our local shops and had lunch. She asked what I wanted for my birthday ( it's in June but sh elikes to be organised) I said a new quilt as I was frozen in bed. She bought me one there and then. I can't wait to go to bed tonight now lol as it is a 15tog and mine is 10.5 :D:D:D. Really need to get British Gas out though to fix my broken radiator as we are absolutely frozen stiff. I truly feel that I have not heated up properly ( except at Zumba) for days. Was up at loo 4 times last night due to cold and had to get up and put big thick wooly socks on . We then went to Morrisons ( her favourite shop) and we had alovely day all in all. I spent again today but £18.42 for postage for e-bay and £7.99 for some treats i.e pancakes etc for us for tonight. Been ages since I treated us so I dont care :p.

Put in my gas and electric readings and looks like I am underpayng gas and overpaying electric so we will see what happens re monthly direct debits. I also applied for free loft insulation that they are offering. That would be grand if I could get that as I was going to pay £150 a few months ago then cancelled it. Fingers crossed xx

  •:mad: I am bl**dy furious. I sold a jacket on e-bay and someone asked me to put on accept an offer. Because I had a buy it now price on the item I messed up on check out and instead of customer getting an invoice for £30 it sent one for £15. She paid the invoice and put balance directly into my pay pal account ( have since realised that I shouldnt have done that but didnt know how to correct the mess I made) I duly sent the item and now the £15 payment direct to paypal has been recalled either by her or her bank. I am fuming. This has resulted in my paypal account being overdrawn  and I have had to transfer money to balance it out. Where do folks get off doing things like this. I now have an e-mail from paypal saying they will be in touch and they may ask questions re where payment came from etc. I could lose my e-bay account through this.:mad:. I did not intentionally do anything wrong and have since told someone that I would not do any transaction outwith e-bay as I was following their regulations.

Amyway. To normal life. Stopped sweets etc today for lent so hopefully that will help in my quest to lose some weight. Only spent £1 today. I was really thirsty at my gaelic class and had to buy some juice. Got 3 of the tops I ordered from e-bay deliverd. All gorgeous so I have done well there. 1 is still a bit too small for me but it wont be long until I get into it so not too bothered. :D

It's a while since I dropped in and looks like your making fantastic progress. Your weight loss is amazing- nearly a stone, and a great reason for some new tops.

Good luck on giving up sweets for Lent. I have given up alcohol and chocolate but it's only day 2 and I'm really craving a glass (or 2) of white wine, especially as I'm staying away in a hotel with work atm so it would be on expenses ;)

  • :D the temptation TH. Nightmare :rotfl:

Am doing okay. Bit peed off at e-bay customer as it looks like she has cancelled her payment. I've pretty much not got a leg to stand on as I didn't send her item as recorded delivery so no proof other than e-bay feedback to say it has been received. Never mind. It's a lesson learnt and hey it's the first time I've been overdrawn on paypal :D Been overdrawn on every other bl**dy account.

Only spent £3.46 today on cards for mothers day and my mum's birthday. No other spends. Lovely shepherds pie for dinner and it was fab. Best bit was that I had cooked it last week so just had to defrost and heat up :D.

Watching Famous , Rich and in the Slums so no doubt will be in tears again :(
