Good luck at the doctors. You need some time out and a bit of luck.xxTrying to shift that debt!0

Having a wee sicky day today. Am shattered and still sore so just thought whats the point in being miserable in work. At least at home I can lie down to this and be more comfortable. I really really hope the doctor has some answers for me tonight as I just feel so ill. I'm feeling heartily sorry for myself as I am sure you can tell :rotfl:.
Still no money in my account from the CSA which is really annoying me as well. Not at the 15 days they said yet but still very annoying as I keep checking my account and it's not there . I need this money before Friday as I have things to pay for DD's birthday .

Oh well good news and bad news at the docs. The good news is that my liver function tests are better rthan they were 2 weeks ago the bad news is that it is obviously the food and drink that are causing the symptoms I am having
. Which means I need to stop my sh*t and sort out my eating. I rarely drink anyway but this means defo no drink until I sort this out once and for all. Doc gave me a good old check up. He is slightly concerned re the pain and has given me buscopan on top of the pain killers to see if we can get rid of it. If the pain is still there in a couple of days I have to go back and they will get me referred urgently to the surgeon . So fingers crossed that healthy diet will make me normal again. Going to have another wee day off tomorrow just to see how things go anyway.
I made the schwartz curry tonight for the slow cooker.Lots of chicken, potatoes, peppers, onions and tomatoes in it and it was reall delicious. DS said not hot enough as he loves his spicy food but DD and I really enjoyed it. Just enough heat in it for us. Definitely recommended as a nice easy dinner and would easily feed 4.
Got my new mortgage in and has only gone up by £7 per month. Am delighted as I had reckoned on about £50.
The wind is building up here and apparently the rain is on its way with perhaps some snow  I think I'll start saving the water out my back so I can send it down to you southerners as you guys seem to be short of it already. Now this is hard for someone from the west of Scotland to understand :rotfl:5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Hope you feel better with heathly eating MIT. Im terrible at eating properly I should be making ham rolls before work but on here!!
LOL at the lack of rain. Im in the Thames region and they need no excuse for a hose pipe ban but this year it does seem needed. Saying that its miserable and wet outside today!:j0 -
:j:jI feel great today. Isn't the liver a fantastic organ. Looks like it is mending itself again.
Herewego thanks for that. I try to be really positive as it makes life so much better but jeez that pain would test anyone's resilience. But :j it's gone.
So now I need to make sure I continue to be healthy and turn my life around once and for all.
Just checked my bank account and still no money from CSA. I'm now due 5 weeks so it's just not funny any more. Thats £390.00. I want to pay a whack off of my cards and get DD a couple of extra small gifts for her birthday. I'm loathe to call them though as it is an 0845 number and I always end up on the call for about 15minutes so costs loads. I'll wait and call tomorrow if there's still no money in.
So a wee day at home today to recuperate and catch up. Loads of laundry to do so I think I will just need to crasnk up the heating and get it done and dried. Not very MSE I know but hey ho needs must. Have a great day folks x5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Yep, we have hods of water too.
Glad youre feeling better my lovely. Pain is so tiring.
Remember you need to be kinder to yourself, you work so hard.xTrying to shift that debt!0 -
SBO I don't see any way at the minute to reduce my workload unfortunately. I just need to get myself as fit as I can so I can cope with it all.
I had a very lazy day today and ended up bored :rotfl:. Even though I was bored I couldn't move myself to do the million jobs that need doing around the house. Hey Ho. Back to work tomorrow as I feel loads better. Still some residual pain but definitely on the wane.
Posted my e-bay parcels today which cost me £6.57  for 2 parcels . So I actually didn't even make £3 from my sales as I didn't cover my postage. Stoopid me.That's what happens when you guess
Made a hotch potch dinner where kids had pizza and chips and I had potatoes, beans and fish cakes. It was actually really nice. I was a bit bored with the potatoes and went to add butter and managed to stop myself just before the butter hit my plate. That's the kind of thing I need to stop doing.
Whilsy doing my impersonation of a potato on my couch today I watched the biggest loser in USA. Now I have watched this loads of times before but this was a new one and horror of horrors only 1 of the females in the programme was heavier than me. No wonder I am ill:mad:. Never mind at least this week is the last time I will ever weigh this weight ever again. The worst part is that I used to be 19lbs heavier than I am now. I always thought that the folks on biggest loser were well over 20 stones so it was a shock to me that I was heavier than them.

Glad that pain is on the way out.
Sounds like you are really determined to lose weight. My main problems are butter wine and cream. They are fabulous.
Ive cut down on the first and last one. It will take a real effort to cut out the wine, sometimes with being so anxious it is a release to have a glass of wine!
Its bitterly cold today. Hope you are wrapped up warm.Trying to shift that debt!0
