Would you be able to return sale items bought online to a store though if that is their policy on buying sale items in store?0 -
Is that the law as I was discussing this with some one from new look who said this was not the case during the 26th and 27th if faulty.
You would still have to wait until the 28th before returning a faulty item.
The person i was discussing this with a New Look is a general assisant and not a manager etc so he just does what he told, which was no refunds during those 2 days.
Hi,
You can insist on a refund if the goods are faulty - last year New Look tried the same with us - I got my refund ...

I thought so.
The lad who works there does not know any better, so while the store is busy they will probably ask you to wait.
I will let him know he was wrong.0 -

My daughter bought a coat in October but didn't keep the receipt (she's 17) The coat has been worn about 3 times and most of the buttons came off. DD took ages to take it back but finally did it yesterday half expecting them to refuse but they didn't she got cash for it all be it at £10 less as it was now reduced but I thought that was a good result.0

I wish I had done that with the coat I had bought in their sales last year. The buttons all popped off! I think I will just Ebay it with the buttons (kept them as they fell off at home).Competition Wins:
