Update:

Received an email from New Look today (after using their free returns) for online orders. Email was as follows:

"Thanks! We've received your returned items safely and have processed your refund. If you paid by credit card, the money will appear in your account in the next few days. If you paid by gift card, the balance will be put back onto the card. PayPal accounts will be credited in a few days."

huh? we have already told you that buying online means you can return your clothes and get a refund no problems

this post is about buying sale items instore, where you are no longer permitted a refund
