Dark Glasses. Without being seen to promote paul simon they are know for nets and Curtains but they now do beds to.
    Here. paulsimon.co.uk

In my store they started selling beds after sleep department went into administration. Paul simon won't give you any reductions on the prices they charge, as I found out. So expect to pay the asking price if you do.

    Sleep dept.

See a video on youtube about kaymed gel beds. A slick sales video. Type this into youtube search bar. watch?v=ODkE3p7hZmc
    It's called K3Gel Sleep Technology by Kaymed.VOB

I found this website that has reviews on many bed manufacturers, even some I don't know. Not sure if they are unbiased though

    bestmattressreviewer.com.

    Some quotes.

    :rotfl:

That's not a review site, it's a referal site with paid adverts. All of the so called reviews are just sales talk.

Dark Glasses I'm sure those phillips steam irons come with a 2 year warrenty. Maybe worthwhile sending phillips an email and see how you get on.

I did see the adverts but most websites have them now. No problem then tim. Just ignore that websites then. :)

I posted before about my current mattress saying that it is to hard. I found another one of your posts and now think I know why it's to hard.

    Tim said
The memory foam layer should be between 2" (5cm) and 2 1/2" (6.5cm) deep. Less than this and it won't contour to your body. More than this and it will engulf you and make you too hot, and also make it difficult to change position.

    2) The density of the memory foam is very high at 85kg per m3.
Memory foam should be between 55kg per m3 and 67 kg per m3. 85kg would be ok if you like a very firm mattress.

My mattress is from hypnia and I checked the website. It says the memory foam is, 75kg density and from what you said, it's to high.

Anyway i am starting to move away from memory foam now, for many reasons. I am going for latex now and maybe that gel mattress in future.

    Thanks. :)

Me too, am also looking at latex, let me know how you get on. The problem with online is that there is not much detail. Personally, i don't think is a reason to discount a mattress, it just means more talking. The gel mattress review was not very promising...

Yes, thought of this but the elusive receipt... Mind you I bought it from Makro so they may still have details.

On making the bed up last night I told the mrs that there was no way we were putting two mattress protectors on as it is just two hot she agreed as long as it was the waterproof one...which there is just no need for as since we got the new mattress she doesn't let drink near it anyway! Woman!......anyway I thought I would hate it as it's obviously not made for comfort but I was very surprised to find that it made the bed even cooler! Just a thought to those of you that find their memory foam bed too hot.

I would defo just email them, even if you can't find the reciept. The worst they can say is, 'beat it'. I've had probs with two or three things breaking over the last couple of years that were in warrenty and I did have the reciept but on contacting the company they have asked when I bought it, sorted it and never asked for the reciept.

p.s Happy New Year! .......I have a sore head :/

:laugh:Erm looool, I think you need to think outside the box on that one. She definitely has got her priorities right, I agree with your wife on this one!:p

Interesting, but you have the climasmart anyway, so I guess that does most of the work, perhaps, dunno?

Will have my new mattress next week, so will probably post back in a few months about it.

Can't really say with just one or two nights on it.

I know it's a sealy and the bad reviews about them but must try for myself. It's not like I spent £800 on a mattress. Lol

The only problem online is, you can't try out the bed. :)

It's not like liquid gel, so it won't leak. It's like squares of gel.
